The owners (middle-​age couples and siblings workers) are really greedy, and has one very noticeable and questionable service pattern regarding the customers’s appearance (which includes ethnicity, I won’t elaborate because I don’t want to appear racist and offend readers.) And I said pattern, because with these owners here, it occurs on a daily basis. And I’m NOT talking about greeting and general courtesy, because that’s usually fake and obviously not important anyway. It has to do with them/​owners serving customers who look like they can generously tip (although, it’s supposed to be the employee’s turn to serve), and they would stall or pass on to somebody else, if the customers look like they won’t tip a lot.

I honestly hate giving bad reviews but this was just my personal experience this was a while back when I got my nails done for a dance and went in just for a color and that was all pretty good price not gonna lie but when the guy was cutting my cuticles he ended up cutting off too much and ended up making me bleed and it was very painful and he just dabbed it with some tissue and muttered an apology the nails came out pretty good but I won’t go back because it’s a very worrisome to see that he was kind of nonchalant about it

Got a shellac mani & pedi it was perfect. I would have gave 5 stars but the man who «works» in there made several loud phone calls while filing my nails, he kept stopping to watch tv. After he was done the lady had to redo the filing all over because he did a horrible job, she did great !!

WORST PLACE TO GO FOR EYELASHES. So I had an appointment at 1230 I expect to wait for 5 10 minutes not 30. My lashes came out just horrible. I will never go back.

My first visit to this nail salon was last month, when I got a coupon in the mail. I went there for the holidays to got a full-​set of french tips put on my nails and was VERY happy. Today I thought I’d go have a pedicure while I was waiting for my dog to get groomed at Petco (they share the same parking area). Well this time I had a male and he barely scrubbed my legs & feet with the citrus scrub, and barely massaged them with lotion. He took out his cellphone an stopped working on my pedicure to text and would look down and read his incoming texts, which I find REALLY rude! I even took a pix of him, which I hope I can attach so that maybe the owner of this salon will implement a NO CELL PHONE rule while employees are working with a client.

This place is absolutely awesome! A family owned business, service is top notch, the place is clean, the prices are good and they do a great job!
My sister and I were referred to this place by one of her friends so we decided to check it out and were so glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly and treated very well.
I got a pedicure and gel Nail refill. I almost fell asleep during my pedicure.
I highly recommend this place it!
