Business Owner

Chef Christopher is a formally trained sushi chef turned personal chef. His passion for world cuisine including: American, European, South American, and Asian has developed and refined his palate to be an inspired cook. His love for genuinely authentic flavors has delighted clients, friends and family and of the like. His ability to approach food with respect and admiration speaks to his style as a chef and identifies his specific take on food. He strives to create fresh, clean, rustic, and homely dishes for his clients to enjoy.

Millions Knives was founded by Chef Christopher after his formal Sushi training. The idea spawned from the need to express his culinary imaginations in a broad variety of forms. After diligent study, and training, he executes fine dining cuisine always informed by his Japanese Kaiseki roots, «Simple, Seasoned, Sublime».
