This is our second visit. This time ordered a Marilyn Monroe. Supposed to have chicken, tomatoes cucumbers and goat cheese, and Pesto Was missing the tomato the pesto and the goat cheese. IE a chicken sandwich. Last visit other things were exchanged, without notifying us. Probably wont return.

First off, this place is located in a terrible location. There are about 5 very popular establishments that share the same bldg with like 20 parking spots. It’s always packed! Normally we would park at the fast food joint nearby and walk to this place but we parked in a «no snow dumping» spot next to the dumpster. Not sure if it was legal. Anyway we got there around 630 and it was completely empty with 2 employees working. I ordered the Marilyn Monroe. My husband got the Annie Oakley. We got them to go. It took 10 minutes to get our food. Really??? With no other customers? Marilyn Monroe– the employee told me they ran out of sourdough bread so I got pita bread instead. I was super disappointed about no sourdough bread tho! Anyway the panini was alright. The shredded chicken kept falling out of the sandwich though. I had to use a spoon to eat everything that fell out. Annie Oakley– completely tasteless. And those weren’t even my words! My husband, who eats everything, hated this panini. He said it tasted like dry chicken on bread and his tastebuds couldn’t even tell what else was supposed to be in the panini. To make it worse, they forgot to give him ranch sauce to dip it in!!! He is rarely upset about how bad food is and he was actually really angry about this! All of his shredded chicken fell out of the sandwich as well. Overall, terrible experience. Will not be returning!!!

This place has healthy food and is reasonably priced! I still felt hungry after eating the Mediterranean Wrap, luckily they had free ice cream, which defeated the purpose of me trying to eat healthy! Good atmosphere though! And it looks like they have a pretty good salad bar!

Staff was horrible, first time coming here, we didn’t get our drink cups had to ask for them, didn’t get a receipt and they forgot to make our hummus trio, the veggie hamlet bread was soggy doughy, salad was warm, the drinks are really good . I won’t be back here again.

This is my first time eating here and it is great. I customized the Ty Cobb with a balsamic vinaigrette and cucumber and it tastes great. I will certainly be back.

Pretty good, fresh salads with some unique options. Staff is friendly, quick, and clean. Salads are pricey for the amount you get. I do enjoy them, but I’m a bigger guy, and haven’t ever really had a full meal here. That might just be me though.

My experiences here have been a disappointment considering the high price and limited healthy food options in this area. I’ve been here twice so far. The first time was during the weekday lunch rush. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, and then waited another 20 for my panini. I noticed people that were behind me in line were already halfway done with theirs before I walked up to the counter to receive a now cold panini that no staff bothered to bring out to me. The second time was during non-busy hours, but the lettuce on my to-go salad was brown and soggy, so I ended up throwing most of that $ 12 salad in the trash and was left hungry. I don’t think I will be returning again.

Yesterday I tried a combo of 3 types of hummus. I loved it, especially the beet!

I really enjoy this place. I’m not always in the mood for a salad but the variety of ingredients available makes the idea of a salad very enticing. All the ingredients are super fresh and the service is extremely friendly. Service is quick during the lunch rush so you can grab a fresh healthy meal to go and get back to the office easily. If you like iced tea like I do, definitely try their 4 different locally brewed options: Passion Mango Green Tea, Signature Black Tea, Hibiscus Lemon Herbal Tea, and Pear Apple White Tea. None of them are overly sweet and the amount of caffeine and sweetness in each is clearly labeled on the dispenser.

Delicious unique salads that you honestly can’t find anywhere else! Even at build your own salad places you can’t find many of the ingredients that mad green offers. I ordered the Don Quixote and my boyfriend ordered the Genghis Khan special. We both got the recommended meat and sauces with each salad– both in the premium sizes. In the end it rang up to $ 23– a bit pricey when you’re just getting salads. That being said… Salads were delicious! Ingredients tasted fresh and delicious! We were both fairly hungry and ended up being pleasantly full. Service was nice and attentive! To the point of asking if we like a light, medium, or heavy amount of sauce on our salads! However, it did take a while. Definitely a gourmet salad place but I myself think it’s worth it!

This is the best place to go for a great salad. There’s lots of selection. It can actually be a bit mind boggling trying to settle on something to eat! The staff are pretty helpful but I had a hard time making up my mind nonetheless. The best thing is that they don’t just fill up your salad with cheap fillers like iceberg lettuce, they use the nice stuff, like spinach, exotic lettuces, and other greens. They even ask you how much dressing you prefer! My one complaint is that I wish it was easier to order. Maybe if the bins were labelled? Or if the person preparing your salad went down the line asking you what extras you wanted? I think the salad descriptions on the menu are a bit much. I mean, it’s salad, right? Just put everything I like in a bowl and sprinkle some awesome dressing on it!

It’s a chain, so you either like it or you don’t. This one in Lakewood is very open, clean and has friendly staff. I think it is really hard to park during the lunch hour, so if you can walk to it, it makes it a less stressful visit. I can’t say I love spending $ 10 for a salad, but apparently it is what it now! I like it as a healthy fresh option.

Vast selections of salads with lots of ingredients, not just greens with a tiny sprinkle of additions. I had a seasonal choice with stawberries, cucumbers, and fresh mozzarella that was great and even the regular size was quite large. I added a half Vegetable Hamlet panini which was pretty decent. It was a little more expensive than I expected for a combo, but not terrible. A good choice for a fast and casual lunch, especially for all the veggie choices.

Best salads in the Denver area. Prices are reasonable, staff friendly and choices are awesome! I wish they had these in the Midwest :(so hard to find a decent salad restaurant anymore.

They are always friendly, but to the point of being invasive. I’m just coming in to get a salad lady. When I give you 3 very short answered in a row, I’m probably not in the mood to chit chat. Bottom line, the value is just not there. $ 3 to add 8 bites of chicken to my salad? C’mon!!! By the time you get a drink, you have a $ 15 salad/meal. I could go to a restaurant with a better atmosphere my own waiter and not have to wait in a long line for that price… Unimpressed!

Do yourself a favor and try the Sriracha almond vinaigrette. It’s not on the menu, but it’s damn delicious. The staff here is super friendly too.

Great place! Had the Mad Molly Brown with Citrus Chicken and the sesame ginger sauce. I can see why some reviews say the food is bland but you have to move out of your comfort zone and try different dressings. It’s all about the spices.

Kind of have been a little less happy with Mad Greens lately: 1) After getting rid of the wonderful Clam Chowder they took off another favorite staple: the Edgar Allen Poe salad. I know, you can still ask for it, but why take it off the menu??? 2) They were hosting a FB contest to guess their new marinade — Piri Piri, seriously, who could get it right without a hint? But it did piqué my interest to come and try the Tofu and Shrimp 3) Received a promotion via e-mail for a free Piri Piri Grilled Tofu or Shrimp but clicked on the link and the offer had already expired the day before the e-mail was sent, what was that? I wrote back and got a new offer, shows management is still in check, so that’s good 4) Tried the new creations with a friend on salads. The shrimp was much more flavorful than tofu, I’ll definitely have to get the shrimp again in the future. The tofu had excellent grill mark but sadly, the marks were the only place there were flavors(check out my latest pic). I was led to believe the marinade would make the tofu turn orange(it did for the shrimp!) but it wasn’t so. Perhaps my batch just didn’t stay long enough in the marinade? I thought I’d be better off with their original marinated tofu, which happened to be one of the most flavorful tofu dishes I’ve had in a long time 5) A suggestion to the mobile app: I’d love to be able to load gift card on the mobile account instead of having to link credit cards. Also, a way to check gift card balance. Thank you for making the effort to stay current, I’m sure I’d visit again when I crave for healthy salads with a lot of variety!

I ordered the Don Quixote for lunch today and honestly, wasn’t incredibly impressed. The lettuce itself was of high quality but I found the creamy ginger dressing to be very strange. It was more of an issue of the combination of flavors and not the quality of ingredients. With this salad, I think I’d recommend the Chipotle Ranch dressing instead. Despite being very busy, they were still quick. I was back at my desk within 15 minutes of having left.
