Our History

1996– Our company is started by John G. Originally named «Johns & Sons Cleaning Services» the name was changed after John passed away in 2008.

2008 — Name changed to «Johns Legacy LLC». (In loving memory of John)

John’s Legacy LLC — continues John’s Cleaning Legacy.

2014 — Name change to Legacy Construction Cleaning.

We still follow John’s simple principals. Be on time, never missing an appointment, providing the best customer service.

Meet the Business Owner

Edgar A.

Business Owner

Edgar is the President and Founder of Legacy Construction Cleaning, which was inspired for a passion of one day owning his own business. Prior to launching Legacy Construction Cleaning, Edgar spent 11 years at Sprint, a fortune 100 company, where he served in multiple leadership roles. Previously, Edgar graduated from The Metropolitan State University of Denver in Business Management.

Edgar has successfully done over 1,000 cleaning projects ranging as small as 100 Square Feet to 20,000 Square feet. Most recently Edgar and his team cleaned the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Denver (14^th & Glenarm) which had 361 rooms.
