Fay’s Fresh Residential & Commerical Cleaning Service

Most cleaning companies are legends in their own minds, and this one is no exception. They charge $ 40 per hour and do a poor job. I hired this company on 8÷12÷15 to do deep cleaning, and routine cleaning weekly. The final cleaning was done on 9÷15÷15 and in total, I was charged close to $ 600 in the space of a month. I noted that my wooden horizontal blinds had never been cleaned in the living and dining area of my 1500 sq. ft. home. Fluffy thick dust on each slat. Splatters in my entry hall were still there one week after a visit, and only about half gone the next. Stovetop was smeary with a substance I had to scour off. Really not very happy.
I had about enough, so let Karen know about these oversights, which was quite a contrast to her «extremely detailed cleaning» mantra. She fell all over herself apologizing and offered to correct the problem, and said she would not charge me for the extra time it would take. I should say not! That is what pissed me off. I had previously paid for deep cleaning, but the 6 ft x 7 ft windows were overlooked week after week. When I expressed my trust concerns, Karen became incensed about having her integrity questioned. Really? What would one expect after receiving full payment for sloppy, incomplete work? Karen seems like a nice, sincere person, but not in reality, I’m afraid. I am a nurse, and if I did my job like she does, people would be dead. By the time trust is gone, it’s pretty much over for me.
I am disabled and hire everything done in and around my home. I have had the same company doing my yard work for over 7 years. I have a company clean my carpet at least twice per year for the past 6 years. I have had house cleaning companies off and on in several states for the past 35 years, some excellent, some pretty good, and some lousy, so I can assure you that I have a clue. The last one was pretty good, but wasn’t reliable. The one before that was better, but smoked marajuana on the job. Another one cleaned for me for 4 years, but the owner moved away. There have been a couple dozen deep cleans in this house over the past 16 years. So I know what to expect and how long it should take.
This one thought they would clean dog poop outside instead of working inside where they belonged. They were NEVER asked to do that, and when told about it, I asked them not to do that anymore, as this task is also hired out to a company. I still have the texts and so does Karen. Omg! Maybe they should have «gone the extra mile» inside the house, which is what I was paying them for! Maybe rebuttals should be based on facts — I’m just saying.
Cleaning standards really don’t vary much, but workers do. If you think it’s a good idea to hire this company, keep your eyes peeled. I cannot recommend this company and very much regret having hired them.
Standards are not nearly as legendary as Karen says, as is evidenced by the wholly inaccurate, unprofessional and foolish rebuttal below. I don’t recall ever having been bashed for having an education. I was questioning their prices compared to quality of work. Further, I never furnished a list of any kind, written or verbal. They deny total costs for services based upon their invoices. I have the invoices as well. First cleaning was $ 220, #2 $ 120, #3 $ 120, #4 $ 60 (but I left $ 70 in cash), #5 $ 60. That’s $ 590. I guess they can’t do math, either. All this following a litany of nasty texts sent to my phone by Karen’s little girl. Wow. No sense and no class at all, attacking paying clients, former or otherwise. Pitiful…
I have the privilege of reporting my experience, which i did factually. I regret that it had to be a negative evaluation. This company is so fired. The search for a competent house cleaning company continues.

I heard about this company from one of my friends so I took a chance on them. They surpassed my expectations! Nikki and Karen have got to be the nicest people! They were very thorough with every square inch of our place. They treated it as if it were their own. I have had other people come in and do our place and I wasn’t happy. But this company ?! Wow !! They have competitive prices and do a much much better job than I have ever had.

I really hate to have to do this, since I recently gave Fay’s Fresh a very positive review. Their cleaning work was very good. However, the circumstance has changed. We received a call from Christian this week who explained that their original pricing (from 3 months ago) was no longer valid. After only three months, we were told that the cost for occasional deep cleans would be at least double what we were originally quoted. I was surprised by this as we thought that they were honorable and trustworthy people (certainly we got that impression from Karen and Nikki) But Chrisitan was rigid on their pricing and willing to lose us a customers over it. I don’t know if this was his decission or a group decission, but certainly a big disapointment. They can not be trusted to keep their word when quoting work. We will not use them again and would not recommend them to our friends.

The gals at Fay’s Fresh are angelic life-​savers. Some unfortunate events left me needing a same day deep clean for the grubby kitchen in the rental I was moving into. Not only did Fay’s Fresh answer my call right away, but they fit me into their tight schedule. Once they arrived at my new place, they scrubbed and sanitized leaving everything sparkling clean, smelling great and ready for me to unpack. They did a fabulous job and I will definitely be calling them again.

I am very sad and disappointed that our relationship with Karen & Nikki has ended due to Christian telling us that they will no longer honor our original pricing from Nikki on the original walk-​through in June. These ladies, who are the co-​owners with Christian, handled the start up with us as their second client. The quoting was handed to us at the initial meeting by Nikki, and we were told that would be the ‘set-​price’ for maintenance & deep cleaning. Three months later the tides turned when we start receiving calls from Christian, whom we never interacted or met with before. Christian would rather raise pricing on existing clients then keeping original clients who pay on time, never bounce checks and praise Nikki & Karen for their outstanding work, for more money! I want Karen and Nikki to know that I am so sad and will miss you both. My heart is heavy with the way Christian discounted our loyalty and business relationship with this start-​up company. Karen puts her heart and pride into her work, she will be greatly missed in our home and by Lola & Zeke.

My husband and I were referred to Fay’s Fresh by a friend who is using them. I must say, I am EXTREMELY happy with my service Nikki & Karen provide! I am very detailed oriented and these ladies know how to make me happy! I am thrilled to have found them. The bi-​weekly pricing is affordable and this company is VERY reliable! We have dogs and you wouldn’t know it after our home is cleaned by Fay’s Fresh! I wish them all the success they can handle!

The family run Fays Fresh does a superb job cleaning my Airbnb. I trust them to do an excellent job multiple times a week and they never fail to go above and beyond. They surprise me with extra touches I don’t even ask for and have always been prompt with their service and their communication. They also use green cleaning supplies which is another added plus. Keeping my Airbnb clean and attention to detail is crucial for my customers happiness and I feel VERY satisfied as my customers always rate my Airbnb high in this area. They are the regular cleaners I depend on for my business and I look forward to continually using them.
