We had a truly terrible experience with this company. I contacted them on numerous occassions over the course of two months and never once got a call back from them even when they had our ATV in thier possession. Then, once they had our unit, the time frame jumped from a same day turn around to a solid week. And then there was the bill. This company used to be Colorado Powersports and I knew what their pricing was like so never bothered to ask. Then I got the bill for $ 640 for an ATV service – almost double what we were paying before. The supervisor said that it was industry standard, but I called around and all the prices I got were significantly lower, the next highest being $ 350. Granted, that wasn’t including the pick-​up fee, but still a heck of a long way from $ 640.
In short, the customer service was appaling and the price was outlandish and they kept promising stuff that never got done. We will never use this company again and I would hesitate before going with them if I were you.

Had an excellent experience taking the MSF basic rider course at G-​Force.
The course was 1.5 days, the lowest price around, equips me to get my motorcycle designation on my license (the course includes the written and driving evaluations necessary), and was WILDLY useful and informative.
The instructor, BJ, was the highlight of the experience for me. Anyone can go ahead and read the MSF handbook for basic riders, but BJ made the course come to life by sharing personal experiences, etc.
Highly recommend!

Great Place. Bought my motorcycle with their Boulder dealership, and took the classes with them here in Denver. Great service, very helpful, great classes, excellent professor.

Worked with sales through email and phone with Tim in sales. Went to pick up the motorcycle and it was exactly what I had asked for. The entire process was fantastic. A special thanks to Gideon for taking time to help us trailer the motorcycle. He really went above and beyond.

let me start off saying that I WORK IN SALES. I went in with my husband, I have been shopping for a bike for myself. I am in love with the Indian scout, it is unfortunate those selling them at G-​force are the reason I did not buy one. I had already test ridden one in Sturgis so I knew I was going to get it eventually. The guy came up to us, we told him we were interested in discussing prices. First off the 15 and 16’s were priced the same — that’s a rip off. Then he wanted to check my credit to see if I was even eligible to buy, his words «well I do work on colfax».I did not feel comfortable with that I could sense mistrust and again that typical sales guy that hears and sees $$$. Then he informed me that they don’t really like any one to test ride them unless they are 100 percent going to buy, because when customers come in they want 0 miles… not entirely true I don’t buy my cars at 0 and I wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it either! I could already tell I was a dollar sign. We wanted to negotiate the price of the 15, upon giving him our ideal price he wanted me to sign that I was definitely going to buy it if his manager approved. He wanted to make sure we were not «shopping around». Of course we are shopping around. At that point I got up an walked out! I miss the days of customer service where they made you feel like an old friend. This place definitely does not have that! However, Sun Harley has that for sure. Even though I didn’t buy from them they have top notch customer service and if I ever do buy a Harley instead of the scout it will be with them!
I do believe Indian would be disappointed at how these guys are selling there bikes, I plan to write up a letter to them about their sales team here on colfax!

Husbands Indian broke down and after having taken him two other places they finally brought him here. On the phone they had told him they couldn’t get to it for several days I went in to meet him there and met Gideon, what a godsend this guy is awesome. Gideon says they will definitely be able to get it done sooner and that he will wait for them to arrive even if it’s past closing. Tow truck finally arrives and Gideon gets us all taken care of. Fast forward to the next week (we decided that we didn’t as soon) go in and Gideon is off busy somewhere but they will get the bike washed and bring it out (would have been nice if bike was washed before we got there so we didn’t have to wait) we go in to buy a shirt. Look thru shirts (no assistance ever offered despite numerous employees milling around) find the shirt we want and head to the check out, pay for our purchase and then had to remind him to give us the shirt we just paid for. Go out to get bike and told Gideon is washing it now, so we wait. Gideon comes out and proceeds to wipe bike down and it looks good, really good. They have not replaced the bolt that we asked for so Gideon goes and finds one and replaces it himself. To sum things up if not for Gideon this place would have gotten one star. Gideon is the only reason we will return if the need arises. Truly hope they realize what a gem of an employee they have. He gave such good service with a smile and tons of energy you would have thought he owned the place.

Gforce runs their prices up. I contested charges with the technician, the service mgr, and cashier. They promised me the service mgr would call but no one ever did. Expensive and they don’t care about service.
I took a low end kawasaki water craft in to be prepped for summer. Told the service desk we used it for 1 – 2 hours the year before so it would not need much more than the battery reinstalled. Gforce charged $ 350 with no real explanation while RPM serviced and replaced the wear ring on a high end sea doo for $ 220. Taking my business elsewhere.

I called to see what the price for a new seat on a Yamaha r-​6 would cost. The guy at the parts counter was nice and gave me the price quote. I was then transferred over to sales to inquire about possibly selling to the dealer, the salesman interrupted me twice and said they just weren’t interested before I could even complete a sentence. So in other words, you should get parts from these guys but purchase your bike and accessories elsewhere. Don’t call sales because they just don’t got no time for dat.

Great MSF course. The motorcycles were all in great repair, our class never had issues with any motorcycles. BJ was a great instructor and helped our class learn the class thoroughly. Oh, and the price was great, we paid 99 a person for this class. Best deal around and great instruction from an instructor who has years of experience to share.

Had an appointment to get the carb rebuilt on my atv, and it meant nothing to them, after 24 hours of it being there, they never even looked at it yet. I had taken another atv in to get carb work and brake line replaced and never even got that atv back, they removed the rear end tire and claimed the vehicle was un useable, although I drove it in there fine days before and not to mention on the trails the week of the appointment. Very crappy on the return of your precious atvs they are. They are not very respectful or responsible. Try Coyote or someplace else, there are other mechanics so they should realize that.,

Would give no stars if I could. Drove out from Aurora to test drive a Victory. A bunch of sales people wandering around, telling jokes… looked right at us and we were completely ignored.
FINALLY after a few minutes of my husband sitting on some bikes, a sales person reluctantly asked if we had been «helped». Giving the benefit of the doubt, we said we were interested in 2 of the Victory models. He had to talk to his manager to see if we could get a «demo». Several other customers after us were greeted and helped. I guess we just don’t look «biker» enough for this place.
When the sales guy came back out, we were informed we had to «qualify for financing» before a test ride could be arranged. Wondering what kind of person buys and applies for financing before they even know if they like the product. That was pretty much irrelevant though, since when he decides on the bike he wants, we will be CASH customers. What a waste of gas and time to be treated rudely.
Victory website says once you drive one, you’ll own one. I don’t know anyone in their right mind that buys something and then tries it out to see if they like it, or applies for financing they don’t need to try one. Unimpressed, and will be leaving reviews in the appropriate places.

I’ve only been here a few times personally, and it was always to get parts, so I’m not sure how good their gear selection is or is not.
But they’ve almost always had the parts I was looking for to put on my R6. A few times they did not have something in stock they’d order it and it was delivered quickly. Customer service is good, all of the people I’ve been around have been helpful and pleasant people in general. Store is clean and in an easy enough location for the Denver Metro area.

What a great expirience! I took the beginner motorcycle two day class and I had a blast, as well as recieved a new found comfort on a motorcycle! Our instructor, Jesse, was a perfect coach, calm, knowledgeable, friendly, stern, and yet even reminded us to smile. After my test I went shopping next door and recieved a discount, allong with great customer service! Kasey helped me find the right fit for my helmet, very important, and helped my boyfriend Frank get geared up as well. All in under an hour! Thanks guys!

I bought 2 Kymco scooters from them when they still sold Kymco. One of them they were never able to get running quite right. When I called another shop here in town, they gave me a perfect solution to the problem and we haven’t had a problem since.
They have since stopped selling Kymco, but I am not certain I would go to them for anything else they sell either, based on my experiences with my scooter.

Bought my Polaris from my home town dealer in fort Collins. After they jerked me around left and right I decided to purchase the service contract for my sportsman from g– force. Well worth the drive down I-​25 a few times a year. These guys are awesome and they really know their machines. I only wish I would have known when I bought my atv. My next machine will definitely be purchased thru these guys. Very nice, helpful folks.

These folks know customer service. I have been wanting to get a scooter, scouring Craigslist and various websites when I came across this place. They had the scoot I wanted at a good price. I went out there to check it out. Adam was my sales guy and was very attentive. Ray was the accessories guy that was able to hook me up with an appropriate lock, and what impressed me was that he didn’t try to upsell to something that that I didn’t need. Danny (mechanic I assume) gave me a full tour of the functions and controls of the scooter and how to do basic maintenance. Sean was the finance guy and explained all the paperwork and additional plans available. I bought it on a Thursday and wasn’t able to pick it up till Saturday — no problem, they had it washed and ready to go when I got there.
So here is a place that sells Victories for $ 26k and they bent over backwards to sell me a little scooter. I was very impressed!

I’ve been to G Force a few times with my Yamaha Virago 750. Every time I have found their parts and service department to be very helpful. I went in recently to ask about changing my own oil. The parts man was very helpful in explaining the different types of oil with their respective prices. When I had an issue changing my oil filter, I took my bike into the service department. The store could have said I had a big problem and taken my bike in, however, that was not what occurred. An employee named Danny looked over my problem and gave me an at home solution which was simple and doable; all of this with no cost to me.
As a college student on a tight budget, I appreciated the helpfulness of both the parts and service department at G Force
I would give them five stars except a few years back when I went in to buy a scooter, the sales department was rude and did not seem to want me there. But otherwise, I am very satisfied with this dealer.
