Horrible. Wish there was an option for no stars. The owner Tracy is an absolute joke. Unprofessional. I had a friend that rented through him and he’s absolute nightmare. She tried getting her deposit back after she had been out for a month and he would ignore her calls, she would call from an unknown number and he would answer then hang up. He would text her in a very unprofessional manner saying «stop whinning» and «stop harassing me» when all she was trying to do was get information on where her deposit money was. She finally got her money after way over a month and it was short $ 150 for cleaning fees when that place was left looking better than when she originally moved in!!! Do NOT do business with this scum bag.

I hired Tracy to rent an apartment based on the recommendation of a good friend as I was going to be away during a tenant turnover. He missed the first meeting saying he forgot. When I did meet him he seemed okay. Anyway, he found me a tenant and the paperwork was very good and he even installed a CO detector for me. When I met the woman my opinion drastically changed about the entire transaction. This lady is cray cray. I would have never chosen her for this unit. She has now been accused of tampering with mailboxes, tossing paint on other’s cars and banging on the walls. On her credit check she had an arrest for harassment intending to cause harm that was dismissed. Seeing a pattern. This guy takes the first person to get his cash. I would not hire him again or recommend him. Find someone else.

How hard is it to find a place to rent in Denver now? Tracy answered my phone call each time I called. He got us into our place and I am so happy because it’s almost impossible to rent a place in Denver now. Thank you, Tracy!

When Tracy Enslow showed us the house, he promised us that he would have the yard cleaned up, carpet cleaned, washer/​dryer/​kitchen wall/​floor fixed. Instead when we arrived on the 31^st, he was 30 minutes late, had yet to clean the backyard, clean the carpets, clean anything for that matter… embarrassingly, there was still food in the fridge and trash on the floor. Much to our shock, when he finally arrived to give us the key, there was still no lock on the front door, the windows were unsecured, and the kitchen wall/​floor was exposed. When we days later continued to press him about these things saying «Why would you make promises you can’t keep up with», he replied saying «Well that’s the way it happens all the time». Breaking promises is not good business and does not happen all the time.
