Evolution was founded in 2014 but don’t be put off by the seemingly «young» status of the company, we are experienced in just about every area of real estate imaginable. In fact, before Evolution was established our Brokers transacted in commercial and residential arenas, land acquisition, investor sales, and even property management.

Food allergies have made this nerd trendy. You probably don’t want to invite her over for a gluten-​free, dairy-​free dinner but she makes excellent company with a steaming cup of black coffee!

A former Systems Analyst, Jyll was delighted to transfer her nerdish inclinations to the industry of real estate in 2007. Seven years later, she was even more thrilled to progress to entrepreneurship when she opened Evolution Real Estate.

While working in a field that is closely aligned with one’s passions and ideals is a dream come true, it does have a down side. Just kidding, it really doesn’t. Jyll loves her career and believes in the idea that if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life.
