Alysha was awesome through my 6month rehab after surgery she’s very knowledgeable she’s kind and patient I would recommend her services to anyone in need and Dr Vance as a chiropractor is very good

Went here for a 30 minute massage and it was exactly what I needed. Because of stress and the cold weather, I get this nasty knot in my left shoulder that holds killer pain! I called Denver Sport Medicine and they were able to get me in that same day! The facility is nice and the massage was perfect! I can’t remember the gals name, but she did an amazing job! Not only do they provide quality service but they also sponsor my football team, which is a women’s semi professional tackle football team (Colorado Freeze)! Due to multiple injuries & my complicated medical history, treating me medically is challenging. Vance & Alysha communicated well together, affording me the best care they could provide.

I went to Dr. Vance due to lower back problems I had been having for two weeks. He gave me an adjustment as well as ART. Dr. Alysha also provided me with back exercises to do while I’m traveling and not able to make appointments frequently. After a few weekly sessions with Dr. Vance and doing the back exercises recommended, I was good as new! This team is quite the pair and got me back and active in no time. I strongly recommend Denver Sports Medicine for all of your sports injuries and back pain!

Vance has a similar style — very thorough and attentive. He works on my specific problem areas with the activator and ART, as that is what works best on me. He is excellent! Highly recommended!

The staff at Denver Sports Medicine (formerly Advanced Performance) are all top notch. I am a cyclist, and have had my share of injuries due to crashes and such. Plus, I work at the computer, have three large dogs that walk me (literally — they outweigh me by 80 pounds) and I have a slightly off-​kilter hip rotation, due to an old car accident. So, basically, just a mess all over.
Yet, Doc Tara, the chiropractor in charge here, and her team of massage, health, fitness, and nutrition experts have always made sure that I am in great shape for the things that matter in life — basically, living it.
Doc Tara’s method is one of the best I’ve experienced. She is slow, methodical, and focused when doing an adjustment, rather than just pulling a «crack this, twist that» approach. 9 times out of 10, she just uses the activator on trigger points, because that works best for me. When she does need to do a full manipulation, she is gentle but effect.
Her massage therapist is also top notch. Recently, I had to come in for some awful neck/​shoulder/​head pain. Doc Tara brought her massage therapist in for a 5 minute «loosening up» before the adjustment, as part of the treatment. They then determined a treatment plan that involved a couple rounds of massage + adjustments, and got me scheduled. It took a couple trips, but I was SO MUCH BETTER afterward.
Everything here is great for the athlete, the couch surfer, or someone recovering from injury. Highly recommended.
