Let me just slide into the complex as if my $ 10k car is some sort of sled, and explain how inadequate their «services» are. I rent here in this complex have for several years I’ve finally had it! There has been at least 3 – 4 times I myself have fallen so hard on my stairs that I laid there until my pain went away, and made sure nothing was broken in my body. THATS not the problem though the man who is in control of the HOA (Eric) choose to take our concerns of snow being removed at 2p.m. As a chance to cite us on several things we were doing wrong with our property… that we own. Eric is a bully.

I have lived in the Pheasant Creek town homes for almost 2 years. I have never experienced such a lack of blatant disrespect from a home owners association leader. On February 1 I was in my home on a snow afternoon, I heard quite a commotion outside and went to see what was going on. First responders were attempting to reach my elderly next door neighbors and we’re almost incapable of bringing life saving equipment into their town home because HOA had failed to remove the first THREE INCHES of snow as stated in their climate conditions as an HOA. I have tried several times to get in contact with Eric the «property manger» to express my concern about the safety of my family and neighbors, which he continuously had ignored my calls and voice mails. I do not suggest spending hard earned money in a dump of an association like this. My elderly neighbors are still in the hospital and could use all of the blessing and prayers you can send. Please save yourself from such a painful home experience with the association.

Good luck ever getting in touch with anyone. I’ve been trying to set up viewing times for some of their properties for weeks with no luck. Gave up because I definitely don’t want to rent from these people.

In my opinion, this company has ruined pheasant creek. Upon moving in we were excited to live in such a «cute» community, but soon we found the HOA was bossy, inconsiderate and they have very large egos, especially for the condition of the neighborhood. By no means is Pheasant Creek upscale living. The HOA acts as if they own the place, and they seem to gang up on renters. They also hire out to many different services, so you never know who is wandering around your backyard «fixing» something… When you have an issue, there is a phone number to call, but no one to answer it. You might get a call back hours later IF you keep calling. We will be moving as soon as possible after 3 years of dealing with the nonsense. I’m ready for Colorado Property Management Services to be someone else’s problem.
