April Denmon is the Owner/​Broker of Denmon Realty. April is no stranger to the Colorado Real Estate Market. As a Denver Native, and downtown resident April knows the Colorado Real estate Market very well. Serving as the Director of Property management for Cliff Dwellers Real Estate April managed over 250 lofts and condos in Downtown Denver, LODO, Riverfront Park, Highlands, Uptown, and Golden Triangle. April is a diverse agent who has listed, sold, and leased commercial and residential properties in downtown Denver, LO-​HI, and surrounding areas. April’s office, Denmon Realty is located in the heart of downtown Denver on the 16^th St. Mall.

April is an active member of The Denver Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and The Denver Independent Brokers. After years of being a broker April realizes that real estate is her passion. April has worked with a number of A list clients along with several Denver Broncos, Nuggets, and Rockies players.
