I have never had really great service at this place, but thought I would try one more time — I got half way thru my meal and there is a dirty dime in my french fries! Ewww! The manager did come by and offer me ½ off my meal only, not off the bill(whoop-dee-doo) — but then the waitress came by and seemed like she was accusing me of putting this dime there myself. NO, I would have kept eating if that didn’t happen. We paid, left and will NEVER be back!

We actually got a parking spot and a table. We did go on a week day. Huge difference from weekend. We try but the wait is long and there’s no parking. Seated at the bar and was greeted by server and she was very polite. Everything went well; then again it was on a weekday and at the bar. Only dislike was the bacon burger. The meat seemed to have no flavor. The bacon and avocado didn’t necessarily compliment it because I felt like I was biting into food from the movie hook. It was there, but just my imagination. Pros:(This visit) found parking spot and didn’t have to wait, staff, Always there 2 for $ 20 Cons: Hook burger

Ok service, really busy on Saturday nights, wait time is about 20 minutes. I asked for nachos without meat, and it came with chicken. Triple berry margaritas had a thimble of tequila. I’ve had better service here before, I just think they were overwhelmed.

We decided to give Chili’s a try after a long hiatus and selected the Southwest Plaza location to give it a go. And boy were we glad we did, while the Southwest Plaza location is vibrant and has great food presented professionally, this location on 88 Wadsworth Blvd is anything but that. The restaurant is not clean, the food is very sloppily presented and not nearly as flavorful, and you should probably be on the alert as it could very well come with a tasty piece of plastic bread bag tie in the mix. We notified our server of what had happened and who we assume was the manager came out to talk with us. First thing out of her was that what she thinks we found was a plastic bread tie… well we knew that already but we wanted to bring it to the attention of the staff to avoid any future mishaps. The attitude was not really one of «we will rectify the situation» but rather, «your meal is on us, go about your merry way!» Not exactly comforting wondering what else could be going on back there in the kitchen… so with that being said if you want to try Chili’s new menu items(because they are good and worth a try!) go to another location. This one will leave you not wanting to ever return.

My girlfriend and I recently dined in at this Chili’s for a quick dinner date, expecting a normal ‘Chili’s Experience’. Nothing to special, nothing standing out, but great food and quick service. Chili’s is one of our favorite restaurants to dine at and we go to different locations very often. This experience was rather encouraging and honestly just amazing! The reason being, I had ordered the 10 oz. Sirloin which I had never done before, because usually you save steak for steakhouses but I wanted to give it a shot. I ordered it with the garlic butter on the side, but when it came out, it had the butter right on top of the piece of steak. I am a very understanding customer and come from a serving background, so I was definitely not going to throw a fit or even say anything for that matter. The butter was easily wiped off, but the runner heard me say, «Shoot! The butter came on top.» She proceeded to tell our server what she heard and then he told the manager without me even stating it was a real issue or problem. When the server returned to our table, he mentioned that the manager was on her way and I immediately said, «That’s definitely not necessary…» and before I could finish, he replied, «Well, once she is on her way, there is no stoping her(with a smile).» When she arrived at our table, she immediately made us feel welcome and like everything we had to say or thought truly mattered. She asked if I wanted them to remake the steak and I said, «Absolutely not, but thank you!» She went on to offer to get us anything else we wanted, which we declined and then finished by saying that she would definitely discount the entrée(which ended up being 50% off). I told her that this wasn’t necessary, but she insisted. Customer service like this, makes consumers and customers truly confident in their decisions to dine out. Like paying for a more expensive meal than cooking at home is really worth it. We were more than impressed with this managers customer service, her name was Teagan and she deserves some kudos. Thank you Teagan and thank you to our server and the rest of the staff as they made for a very pleasant experience.

Meh… I think not, indeed. It’s dirty(dust and small debris all over) It’s noisy(tell the cooks we in the dining room can hear them yelling and fighting in the kitchen) The food isn’t as fresh, and therefore doesn’t have as good of flavor(beans were like those out of a can) And the food is obviously not properly prepared(my man bit into part of a cut up plastic bag fastener that you see on the end of a bread bag… it was the last bite left on his plate) The manager and wait staff were apologetic about the incident, taking his meal off the ticket, but with the other factors listed above, I do not have faith it won’t happen again.

Every time I go here it’s always a great experience! I get seated quickly and the servers are excellent. Chili’s to-go is awesome too! I recently called in an order and wanted to use my rewards, but they don’t usually allow the free lunch combo on weekends. One of the managers working that day was super nice and let me have the offer! My food was still warm when I got home and delicious as always! One thing I would suggest though is to have some way to notify your waiter that you want to pay in cash on the kiosk machine at your table so you aren’t waiting to try and signal your waiter to your table that you didn’t pay with a card.

Honestly, we had a really great time. The service was very attentive and super friendly — unlike some of the classier placed around town. The food is exactly what you’d expect — huge portions and delicious. Didn’t get that we walked away stuffed and only $ 25 poorer. I’m giving an extra shout out to this location because the servers were incredible nice and patient with three blind people who walked in and sat down next to us. Of course I wouldn’t expect anything less but it was still a little inspiring to see.

We had a good server and the food was good. It was rather pricey for a not so fancy corporate chain. I would say skip this place unless you have a gift card or a coupon to make it worthwhile

We eat here pretty frequently because it has a decent«compromise» menu. But I’m getting sick and tired of the problems, big and small, that this place has. Most noteworthy, the place is not terribly clean. The tables tend to be, well, sticky, as does the Ziosk thing that you use to order desserts, make payments with, etc. I clean the Ziosk with a Kleenex and hand sanitizer so I can stand to touch it. At our last outing, the wait between appetizers and entrees was forever. The app — onion rings — was nasty. It was made using the tough, outer part of the onion that should be discarded. My companion’s sides arrived well after his steak did. He’s pretty tolerant of salty stuff, but he couldn’t take the crazy amount of salt that had been poured onto his steak. Not wanting to waste it, he took it home and WASHEDOFF the salt before it was a half-edible leftover. The sides I ordered with my fajitas never did arrive. I had to ask for them, making me wonder if the server had forgotten to put the order in.(She didn’t write any of our orders down). And then they showed up dried out and lukewarm. Mind you, our expectations are low when dining at a place like Chilis. But this place fails to meet even the low standards by which we would judge a chain casual dining restaurant.

I love this place. Today our server is Tom and he’s nice. We never have to wait here. I love the two for 20 menu option. We almost always get that option with steak. The steak is always cooked the way we like, and always delicious. No fat on the sides also which is nice. The appetizers come up fast and out food is always in great time. We come here often, if it’s not obvious.

One of the only chain restaurants my husband and I agree on. Even after all of the menu changes their food stays consistently good. They gave the best chips and salsa. The service is not always the best but we have noticed sitting in the bar is the best place if you want friendliness and efficiency! Oh yeah you must try their honey line salad dressing. It is some of the best!

This lunch experience was quite pleasant and speedy. We informed the waitress that we were in a little bit of a hurry due to lunch break from work, and we were processed speedily throughout the meal without feeling rushed. My friend got the soup and salad and received refills on both. I got the baked potato soup, which is one of my favorite things ever, and a lunch order of santa fe quesadillas. Both were very, very tasty and satisfying, and I think I got out of there for like 7 bucks.

This is the worst chilis in Colorado I would never go back and actually pulled a lot of regulars away from there. I was there on July 4th with my mom and son and the guy at the table behind us starting cursing at my three year old said he was to loud and cussed him out. who cussed out a three year old I was pissed yelled back and the manager came over and threw us out not him us. Didn’t even ask the situation. The manager was unprofessional rude and said if we came back he would call the cops. It was crappy. He ruined the day for us and made my son cry. Everyone I know and I know a lot of people said they will never go to that location.

Good restaurant for being a chain, neighborhood restaurant. My sister and I split the chicken pasta and chicken/pork fajitas. The pasta was a little bland but overall, the food is decently priced and tasty. I was impressed that we were able to pay at the table and the electronic menu provided entertainment for my niece and her dad.

Came down here with my family to have dessert and ordered 4 slices if cheese cake. After our order we were told they didn’t have any cheese cake! No cheese cake… really. How does a restaurant not have any cheese cake. Fail!

Yeah, I went here. It is a Chili’s. The waitress was nice. The nachos were turrible, my sandwich was uneventful and the place was packed, of course. Why are these kinds of places always packed? I want more for us all, don’t you? I want more for myself, but hey, I still went there. It is a Chili’s.I knew what I was in for when I walked through those doors, and we ate those turrible nachos and I picked at that sandwich. It is a Chili’s.

While agonizing, even posting to Unilocal, where to eat in Lakewood, it never occurred to me that I A. Would be ungodly tired after driving from Kansas City, and B. i was in a time rush and with someone instead of traveling alone. Chili’s was within a 2 second drive from the hotel. It is what we chose. That being, and all my other reasons, I begrudgingly ate at Chili’s. I have horror stories of Chili’s in Independence, MO. that is my past, and i no longer think of it.\ Inside the restaurant appeared old and in need of something I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. It lacked in interesting atmosphere. But we were seated immediately, and had great service. I had a tough time picking out what to eat. Trust me, an 8 hour drive will do that to you. I chose the crispy chicken tacos, despite the fact that they had bacon on them. I don’t really like bacon. Bacon is kind of gross, but whatever. The tacos had chicken fingers, fried, crispy, breaded, with honey barbecue sauce. Sprinkled with bacon, but not much, lettuce, and cheese. They were pretty good. The salad my friend ordered wasn’t the best. It was vegetarian, and had corn, spinach, and quesadillas on the sides. She wasn’t fully impressed with her meal. But we had nacho cheese appetizers that made up for the mediocre meal. Atleast we were in and out in time. The next time I visit Lakewood, I’ll try one of the better places like Nameste. I’ll be skipping chili’s, just because.
