History
Established in 2015.
Café Olé launches with its first South American Coffee House, who’s current location is in Lakewood, Colorado. We offer residents and visitors through the area a totally new style of Café. One that offers uniquely flavored drinks, style and atmosphere.
We are currently a limited liability company. Selling coffee, teas, smoothies, and other beverages and snacks in our 1,500 square feet premium coffee bar located near Academy Park in Lakewood, CO.
We strive to be highly active within our community. Our affiliates are many that are involved with local events and activities. For this, we are excited to participate in every possible engagement to cumulatively outreach to 100% of the local community.

Without our barista team here at Café Olé we wouldn’t have the consistency or the drive that we are so proud to recognize. It’s them that make Café Olé what it is. Their service and the drinks they prepare is what makes us who we are. We aim every day to acknowledge the hard work of our staff and their determination to reach our shared target goals.
Café Olé was started by its two founding individuals, Francisco Hernandez Santos and Joseph Moscola. The two had a dream to offer high quality experiences to the modern consumer. With an idea and a goal to achieve success; they made it real.
Between both partners, each share a very extensive history in working with leading nationwide companies as well as local independent business to achieve financial and operational success. Together both owners obtain a total of twenty-five years’ experience in maintaining operations, driving sales forces, promotional advertising, and food /beverage.
