I graduated the BBC just about a month ago and already got the Esthetician State Board license. I am so happy for choosing this school, I had no problems at all at the state board exam, I was well prepared and very confident! I also liked that there was a lot of hands on practice during the studies, and wonderful teachers Mrs Martinez and Mrs Lopes always by the side with assistance and advice. I would recommend this school for all the future students, you will be happy and proud as I am.

I love this cosmetology school! Victoria the owner is so passionate about helping her students succeed. This school has amazing pricing for both students and the services they offer to clients. Usually I have great work done here and I come in with people who do the night classes but I have had a horrible experience this last time. I had an appointment set up and they call me the day before to tell me they can’t do it with the girl I made my appointment with. The lady on the phone was very rude and said she could have a random person come in and do my hair at 10 when my original appointment was at 2. I understand that this is a school but if I’m paying for my services I think I should receive good customer service. I usually recommend people here but I don’t know if I will now. Then I got a call back saying they canceled my appointment completely because they didn’t think I would be «happy with their services». I’m really disappointed when I’m usually very happy.

I’ve never gone to a beauty school for services prior to our visit to this facility so I don’t have anything to compare to. But after this experience I’m not sure I would. The location is close to home… which I like. They advertise walk-​ins welcomed so my daughter and I did just that. It was very cool to see an actual beauty school in the flesh. We came in for mani/pedi’s and asked if anyone was available for this… they seemed pretty busy (in a good way) the young woman at the front desk check the books and assigned 4 students the task… not sure but too me that was 2 too many. But none the less we sat and waited to be called on. After about 10 mins of watching the 4 students fumble around to figure out where they would set us up, we were told next time to call in so they could be ready for us. REALLY? That would defeat the «WALK-​INS WELCOMED» theory. After which we were finally sat in the classroom section of the facility and another 5 – 10 mins of more fumbling over how to arrange each students tables continued. I didn’t ask but I’m assuming the young ladies who were our manicurist were freshmen at this school. Their lack of conversation and lack of order spoke volumes. They all seemed pretty sweet and kind but being that we were there for mani/​pedi they shouldn’t have been afraid to touch us… I felt like my 5 year old son was working on me. The filing and foot rubs were weak. My daughters manicurist was too busy to engage in conversation with us due to her conversation she was tending to on her cell phone. Imagine one nail file swoop per word texted. ANNOYING! And very unprofessional. A lady, who I am guessing was an instructor kept coming around but never once critiqued the students or asked us how we were doing. After an hour and a half of watching these young students attempt to paint our toe nails with hanging unkept hair and some bad mouthing of the schools student kits, we were done. We probably could have just walked out of the place without paying… and I should have. But we paid and vowed never to return. Sad.

Truly a professional cosmetology school. I really enjoy all the staffs. They are very nice, very knowledgeable about the service and the education they offer, the teachers are all very helpful, the environment is amazing because the students are very helpful and nice to each other. I couldn’t had asked for a better cosmetology school. I recommend this cosmetology school to everyone. :)

Very professional. Great teachers. Had facials here before and it gets better every time I come. Had Brittany this time and I just loved her. Hope she goes on to do wonderful things in life.

I felt like I needed a facial so I decided to make an appointment. I chose this place cause 1) its affordable and 2) I was also a former student! I know how hard these ladies work to perfect their skill at becoming an esthetician. And most times students give the best facials cause they take their time and are eager to practice what they just learned. The student that gave me my facial was amazing! Her extractions were on point and her technique was flawless! Thanks J! The instructor was there to oversee her and all I can say is that she taught her student very well. I know I will be returning for another service soon.
Just want to wish Ms. Martinez and the staff at BBC, Congratulations on making this school happen! If you are interested in becoming a student, whether its Cosmo or Esthe… don’t look anywhere else. Not only is this school very affordable but it also has a high standard that I know won’t be met at any other, more expensive programs.

School is very affordable, they offer payment plans, flexible hours, great experienced staff, very hands on, current with industry trends, they offer independent workshops the students are friendly, equipment is new, school is very clean. Over all it’s a great school. coming from a current student
