Ultimate health, physical fitness, and sport specific optimal performance.

We focus on physical fitness from the core out. Workouts consist of: Cross-​Conditioning, Cross-​Training, Functional-​Resistance Training, High Intensity Training, Fitness Fusion, Body weight, Free weight training, or Sport Specific. You can call it what you want, it’s a workout customized to your wants and needs and at it’s great for all levels and ages.

Group classes are cross-​training in a fast pace indoor dojo. Again, we work with all levels on a timer, everyone does their best at their own pace.

PRIVATE 1 – 1 or Semi-​private:

Personal Training in private gym or outdoors settings.

Available for morning sessions: 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Customized 30 minute workouts, 3 times a week, with Free Assessment & Nutrition Program.

History

Established in 2008.

Active Nutrition Plus started in San Diego 2008. Art Aviles, Exercise and Nutrition Coach has been training clients for over 20 years. He then incorporated holistic lifestyle and nutrition program in 2008, which is when Active Nutrition Plus came together. Now working out of the Long Beach area and surroundings.

I am a traveler, outdoorsman, athlete, health coach, father… and I happen to help people move forward in their lives as a real estate broker.

I consult and inspire people that are introduced to me and who need my help in attaining their ultimate goal, with a inventive and integrated approach.

My titles are «Broker,» and «Health Coach»… although I prefer to be known as a «Friend you can count on.» I love to share about my passion and expertise. I live in beautiful Southern California and enjoy hiking, beach runs, red wine, and black organic coffee.

I created a health coach system several years ago to help guide healthy minded individuals make their world a little fitter. I love inspiring others to find joy and move forward in their lives.
