I rarely post recommendations, but my experience was exceptional enough to warrant it.
We recently moved in and our travertine flooring had moderate damage throughout the home. Fixing damaged stone in a way that blends with the rest of the flooring is tricky business and can be rather expensive. Brian came out and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. He even went above and beyond, offering to fix problems that we had previously decided to wait to fix… at no additional charge.
I recommended that he change his name to The Stone Whisperer. I’m excessively nit picky when it comes to quality work. His floor refinishing, honing, polishing, sealing, and overall attention to detail was impeccable! Most companies don’t spend the time to ensure that the sealer really integrates with the stone. Brian did multiple coats until the stone wouldn’t soak in any additional sealer.
If you’re looking for real quality stone and tile work, he is your man!

We waited waaaay too long before calling Grout, Tile & Stone Masters to the rescue of our dirty, stained tile floors and shower stall. Brian scoped out our needs in about an hour’s time and gave us a very reasonable estimate (that included a coupon discount) for a lot of square feet of tile. We scheduled a date/​time for the cleaning and sealing of our kitchen area, a full bath, and a half bath. He explained the process thoroughly, noting that our shower would be out of commission for a few days to allow complete drying, but that the floors would be ready to walk on right away, and he suggested grout colors to match what would soon be clean. He also explained the warranty and recommended cleaning products to use on the cleaned tile. The day of the cleaning he arrived on time and got to work. He is an extremely conscientious and industrious worker and we couldn’t be happier with his skills and craftsmanship. He even cleaned another full bathroom not included in the original estimate for no extra cost. He gave our tile floors and shower a complete facelift! They are gleaming! Thanks so much Brian!

I recently moved into a new construction home, and called Brian to seal the tile grout in my kitchen and two bathrooms. Brian’s communication is great, he shows up when he says he will, he’s super knowledgeable, and does amazing work. The original color of my tile grout was too light and didn’t look nice. Brian picked out a color seal that looks 1000 times better, and saved me a lot of stress! I would definitely recommend Brian and his company for all of your grout/​tile seal or cleaning needs!

The cleaning and sealing of our travertine by Brian and his wife was superb. They told us exactly what to expect and they were right. Very professional and consicientious. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They even offered to help return furniture which we had moved the day before. Best of all the price for their work was more than fair considering the time involved. Brian and his wife wanted to make sure we were happy with the results and we were. I highly recommend their company.

Absolutely a positive experience and we’re pleased with the results. My husband didn’t really understand the need to get this work done, but since I clean the floors, I trumped his opinion. I got a couple of quotes, but felt that Brian was the right person for the job based on his experience. Afterward, my husband was so amazed that all the tile looked brand new! The price was very reasonable and the results exceeded our expectations.

I wish I could rate their actual work but they’ve actually been avoiding me! I got a flyer in the mail. Made an appt for someone to come by to give me an estimate. The guy was supposed to call before he came over… never called, never came. I followed up to see what happened and never received a phone call back! What kind of customer service is that?!

We recently purchased a charming older house. Right from the beginning we knew that something would have to be done with the grout on the kitchen flooring and countertops; it was so dirty it was black in color. We were certain it wasn’t salvageable and would need to be replaced.
Not so, thanks to Brian at Grout, Tile & Stone Masters. Brian cleaned and resealed all the floors and countertops in our home. When he was done it looked beautiful!!! Brian took a floor we were certain would have to be torn out and replaced and made it look like new. My husband & I still can’t believe the transformation, it’s truly amazing! We love it, plus we saved a lot of money from having to replacing it all.
On a side note, I’ve never take the time to write a review on Unilocal but in this case it is warranted. I would recommend Brian to anyone I know needing grout, tile or stone work!
