History

Established in 1993.

Ahearn Realty Management, Inc. was founded after discovering our niche in the private property management field. We have over thirty-​five years of management experience and expertise in residential, commercial, condominium and industrial properties managed.

We have managed property for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the United States Marshals Service (USMS), the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ), as well as many homeowners and private property investors throughout all of New England.

Our Company President, Owen Ahearn has earned four professional housing designations — three from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) — Certified Property Manager (CPM®), the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACM®) as well as the Public Housing Manager (PHM®) certification from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO®).

Our Company President, Owen Ahearn has earned four professional housing designations — three from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) — Certified Property Manager (CPM®), the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACM®) as well as the Public Housing Manager (PHM®) certification from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO®).

He was recognized by the Boston Metropolitan Chapter 4 of the Institute of Real Estate Management as the Accredited Commercial Manager of the Year for 2011. He previously won the award in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
