I met this company at the Tampa home show and had an appointment set up for the Tuesday after. I was told they would be there during the day and a no show. I called a the next day about the missed appointment and got the voice mail. Called again 2 days later and left another message To no avail no call back! I finally received a call about a week later for them to set up an appointment. I explained the situation to the woman on the phone, she apologized for the no show and the no returned calls. She set up an appointment for this past Saturday for between 11 – 1. She told me that I would receive a call 1 hr before. Well guess what NO SHOW!!! Really? I finally called my regular gutter guy, he showed the next day for an estimate and is scheduled to do the install this week! I was very disappointed in the no shows and the lack of calling to cancel my appointment the second time. I will never recommend this company for anything. If there was a lower score than 1 star they would get it for lack of calls and not showing up for scheduled appointments!

Seamless Gutters reached out to me to discuss the issue about the original appointment. It seems that there was a misunderstanding with my telephone number, which it caused the miscommunication.
We scheduled another appointment. Elbyn from Seamless Gutters came to my house and provided us with the estimate. He was very helpful and passionate about his family company. That made me feel that we can trust them. We are definitely going to pick them to install our gutters. So more to come!
