Never trust this guy. Biggest lier.
Last year on 11÷4÷15, I signed a contract with King of Kings Construction to extend the screen cage in my backyard. When we were signing the contract, he promised to finish the cage by Thanksgiving. With the contract, I also paid advance. After I signed the contract, I assumed he would start working and finish it before Thanksgiving, like he said. He still hadn’t started the work as it got closer to Thanksgiving so I followed up and asked him what was happening. He said he still hadn’t submitted the permit to do the job. He ended up submitting the permit really late in December and he didn’t start the job until last month in January. Even when he started the work, he removed the lawn and prepared to rearrange the sprinkler system. After removing the lawn, he hasn’t show up for the last three weeks and has stopped returning my calls and texts.
