Description

Specialties

The Berg and Larsen Biohazard Removal team specializes in many kinds of cleaning — we clean industrial accidents, homicides, suicides, unattended deaths; we remediate damages done to homes and businesses caused by pests and animals; we assist law enforcement in equipment decontamination, such as sanitizing the backs of squad cars, jail cells, evidence lockers, and damages to properties from tear gas; we do fire remediation; we will pump out and sanitize spaces that have been flooded by water or sewage; and we clean up houses that have been used as methamphetamine laboratories.

We service residential, commercial, and industrial, and our area of operation includes all of the suburbs of Chicago as well as southern Milwaukee and as far west in Wisconsin as Lake Geneva.

Courteous, discreet, and dependable. We make the Uninhabitable… Habitable.

History

Established in 2014.

The Berg and Larsen Biohazard Removal team is new to the Trauma Cleanup scene. We are a 2 man team, incorporated in November of 2014 and Officially licensed and insured as of March 2015.

Steve Berg has spent more than five years working as an emergency department technician at several hospitals in Lake County, Illinois, and several years working for the care of elderly adults in a facility for the intellectually disabled, and as such has seen and cleaned his fair share of blood, waste, and other fluids, all while maintaining professionalism and keeping his clients integrity intact.

Ryan Larsen is a Navy Veteran of 8 ½ years who also has experience with elderly adults in the same setting as Steve. Ryan has also been in areas of the world that had problems with sewage, animal carcasses, blood spills, and other hazardous wastes, all while handling the cleanup with discretion and efficiency.
