Camp Star Bound is an overnight performing arts camp for boys and girls ages 10 – 17. Kids will have the opportunity to learn from talented instructors in many different areas of performing arts such as Jazz, Hip-​Hop, Ballet, Vocal Lessons, Theater classes and so much more!

History

Established in 2011.

We are two friends that wanted to start an overnight summer camp and so we did just that with Camp Star Bound!

Meet the Business Owner

Stefanie M.

Business Owner

Stefanie is currently the owner of a preschool and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada in Public Relations. She was the former owner of Celebrations!, a children’s birthday party and play place. Along with all of her business experience she has worked with youth for over 17 years in many different genres. She was a Youth Counselor on board cruise ships and she worked with children at the Child and Family Research Center at the University of Nevada. She was the Leadership and Developmental Coordinator for the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows and a Site Supervisor for the City of Reno’s Summer Discovery programs. She has also been a Nanny, and even a children’s Gymnastic Coach. Stefanie was a dancer for nine years where her main focus was on ballet and she was part of a musical theater group for four years. She played the Tuba and was involved in theater in college.
