We specialize in custom menus for your taste and budget, offering a variety of menus; pre-​selected, ala carte, special dietary needs, organic, buffet, and much more. We pride ourselves in being punctual, providing impeccable service, premium quality food, and elegant presentation.

We pride ourselves in the sustainable practices of our daily operations. Using green and local products wherever available including our packaging & utensils for Meals in a box & Gourmet meals to go. Lake Tahoe is a clean and beautiful place to be in and we aim to keep it that way.

Candace and her team were wonderful! From beginning to end Bella Tahoe is organized, excellent to work with, and did I mention the food is incredible!!!
Bella Tahoe catered our 80 person wedding made my day so easy! Everyone was easy to work with, organized and on-​time, thoughtful in preparation. A few of the staff sought me out to make sure I, ‘the bride’, had a chance to try everything and Candace approached us personally to make sure everything was going well– which it was!
And as for the best part, the food! Bella Tahoe’s cooking is superb– she uses high quality ingredients and it shows. Flavors are distinct without being over-​powering and everything was cooked to perfection — no soggy vegetables or over-​cooked meats! All out guests raved about the food for a few days following!
Finally, for the quality or service and cuisine, the price is quite competitive. I would highly recommend Bella Tahoe for any catering needs you have.

Candace was great to work with. We got married in Kirkwood and live out of town, so we actually never met her or tasted her food until our wedding day (there was a short time during the planning process of being a tad nervous about that). Everything turned out perfectly and the food was delicious. The guests and other vendors there were raving. I feel like what I wanted was a little out of the norm and Candace was more than happy to create my vision. Instead of having the staple wedding menu, we wanted all sorts of different foods that we love. Some were passed, some were buffet. We hired a bartender through her who did a great job making our cocktails (and also poured beer and wine). She was professional, easy to work with and prompt with emails. I would definitely recommend hiring Bella Tahoe Catering for any/​all of your catering needs.

Bella Tahoe catered my wedding at Vallhalla, South Lake Tahoe and it was incredible!
The food was everything I expected and more. The food presentation was first class (I call it foofoo food). Candace and Laurie (and staff) provided high quality food and service. My guests are still talking about it.
I have thrown many events over the years and Bella Tahoe is number #1 in all categories. If I could give ten stars, I would!

I had no one who could recommend a good personal chef/​caterer for a dinner party of 20 I was planning for my spouse in south lake tahoe. I live hundreds of miles away so I began searching the internet for the right person to serve up a hearty meal at a fair price. I communicated with many before I discovered Bella Tahoe Catering.
Candance delivered above and beyond my expectations. Our dinner arrived ON TIME, with a smile and her food was cooked to PERFECTION – there are no other words than delicious & amazing!
If you want good food & don’t know who to use in South Lake Tahoe, call this gal… she’s a winner!
