Impact Property Management is a division of Task Properties. We are locally owned and operated and have been performing property management in Snohomish County since the year 2000.
Your local Impact Property Management team consists of highly-trained experts in every aspect of property management, including marketing, leasing, maintenance, collections, evictions, accounting, inspections, and legal compliance.
Along with Property Management, Task Properties has
divisions in Real Estate, home maintenance, carpet

Business Owner
Marcus currently owns and operates Task Properties /Impact Property Management in the Lake Stevens community for the last 12 years. His companies specialize in all areas of Real Estate and Management. His companies manage Condominium Associations, Home Owner Associations, residential properties and commercial properties in Snohomish and King Counties. Working and living in the Lake Stevens community he has established great working relationships with many community members.
Mr. Tageant belongs and volunteers in many community groups such as the Lake Stevens Kiwanis, The Greater Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce, and the American Legion. He feels that it is important to give back to the community in which he lives and works.
