Westar Properties NW specializes in industrial warehouse space with offices. We have additional power in some spaces for specialty equipment.

We also have large hanger with offices on the tarmac at the Arlington Airport. As you can see, we have spaces for many different types of businesses/​storage.

History

Established in 1986.

Westar Properties originally built buildings for other people, but in the turn down of the economy in the mid l980’s, there became a demand for Westar Properties to build the building and lease to companies who were unable to secure the funding for themselves. So, 37 buildings later, that is what we do. We are a small family owned company and have a small staff on site to keep the buildings in top shape as well as to manage the office and handle any problems that might arise.

Business Owner

Larry, is the Managing Member, and builder, of Westar Properties NW, LLC. There are 37 industrial buildings at the Arlington Municipal Airport, many of which are multi tenant buildings. There are units ranging from 1800 sq. ft. up to 7200 sq. ft. These units have office and warehouse/​manufacturing space in each unit. There are also some storage units ranging from 100 sq ft. to 600 sq. feet.
