Scott H.

Business Owner

Scott H. is the CEO of Sterling Properties and is a Designated Managing Broker in Washington and is well known for his professionalism, knowledge, and integrity in the industry. He first and foremost provides attention to property details, employee training, and meeting all of our clients’ needs. He is President of the Southwest Chapter of Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington, Inc., sits on its Board of Directors, and is Chairperson of Committee to Protect Property Rights. Scott is politically active in Washington and Oregon and served as President of Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington. Scott earned his master’s degree in educational administration from Central Washington University. He is dedicated to providing superior real estate and property management services to our clients.
