If I can give 10 starts, I would! Laurie did my son’s first birthday cake and it was an absolute hit! We had a superhero theme and the cake was the finishing touch. I loved the cake so much that I don’t see myself going to another cake baker! We had three different flavors, and our favorite was the salted caramel tuxedo. I know they say nothing is perfect, but Laurie’s work is perfection!

Laurie Clark is the best! I contacted her a few months before my August 2014 wedding to see if she would be able to do a complex, realistic typewriter cake for my husband’s groom’s cake. She said yes without any hesitation (which is not the reaction I got from other Portland-​area cake bakers). And even though the cake seemed very difficult to make, Laurie left out no detail! It was perfect, even better than the photograph I gave her! The typewriter keys were so intricate and detailed and my husband LOVED it as much as I did! I cannot rate Laurie Clarke high enough! She’s a miracle cake artist and baker!

Laurie made my daughter’s 18th birthday cake! It was absolutely amazing! And tasted amazing! She listened to my daughter’s vision and made it a reality! You will not be disappointed!
