We installed a new A/​C unit, furnace and coil into a 18 year old home. Jason and team arrived on time, did the install and did exactly what they said they would do for the price quoted. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely use Lakeside again. They even helped me set my thermostat and the last thing Jason asked me was, «How did we do? Is there anything else?». It was a positive experience.

I needed to get my equipment replaced and was given Lakeside as a referral from a friend of mine. I did the whole «get your 3 bids» deal and had other contractors come out on a Saturday. I really appreciated the level of knowledge and professionalism from Jason. While he was not cheapest, he did not seem bothered or put off by the amount of questions I asked about different options and features available, and stayed until all my concerns were addressed. I started by just wanting a newer high efficiency furnace, but added an a/​c as well figuring it was time to finally get one. I was impressed by the crew that arrived to do the work, and the level of detail of which they installed the new equipment. I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend you give them a call if you need any work done. While my home is by no means a castle, it is a castle to me and I appreciate the Lakeside team helping me to keep it that way.

Jason and his crew were very friendly and easy to work with. I HAD a room in my house upstairs that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. They installed a Mitsubishi ductless system and I couldn’t be happier!

Our contractor hired LHC for our commercial restaurant. We had a full ducting system, rooftop system, separate ductless AC unit. Really clean work. Jason also fixed a minor silly issue. The manual that sits in the machine got out of its pocket and was getting shredded and blown through our cents. He came out and took care of it quickly. I found Jason and his crew to be no bs. I have no experience to compare value/​prices.

Lakeside was recommended by our architect. BEWARE! We hired Jason to put in a new HVAC unit & Central Air. He totally messed up the install, and then would not return phone calls or emails. We have since filed a complaint with the CCB, but he didn’t bother to even show for mediation.

Jason returned a few emails saying he would come and fix it but never did. We finally hired a Muehe Quality Heating and they came out and fixed all of Lakeside’s mess. $ 1000
