History

Established in 2015.

Jewels by Jules was founded in November 2015, after Jules went to the NW Nail Retreat she could no longer wait on other owners to bring the best of the best to her clients! She chose the Lake Oswego area so she could bring high end services to and elegant demographic.

Maintaining an unique service menu to ensure services you can only get in one place, with no concerns of safety and cleanliness!

Jules is dedicated to regular continuing education to always be bringing in something new and creative and to ensure you are getting the best product possible!

Business Owner

Owner Jules Duquette operates Jewels by Jules Nails & Design inside Glamformation and has an extensive menu of the latest nail treatments and techniques!

Jules found the Beauty Industry after a Graphic Design, Retail Management, and Bar Management careers. Nail technology was love at first site, challenging and creative!

She graduated with Honors from Esthetics and Nail Technology from the Aesthetics Institute in Portland, OR, where she learned special techniques for diabetics and immune deficient clients. She went on to do continuing education with CND (holding two Master and one Expert Certificates), Elegant Glass, Masterworks by Amy Becker, En Vogue, IBX, and Elite Beauty.

She has worked for 2 High End Day Spas and one hip punk rock Nail Art Studio in Portland where she mastered both pampering, luxurious services with the best handpainted, cutting edge nail art!
