Custom Cookery is a Portland Oregon personal chef service that creates custom meals to fit your lifestyle and tastes. We will provide you with home-​cooked meals for several days which will be prepared in your kitchen on a recurring schedule that best fits your busy life.

History

Established in 2013.

Melissa is from Boston where she had a successful personal chef business. She and her husband recently moved to Portland, OR so her husband could accept a unique job opportunity. They have been enjoying Portland because of the amazing food.

Business Owner

Melissa Constantinou is a Portland personal chef who loves cooking from scratch and exploring new cuisines and techniques. Personally, she really enjoys Indian and Mediterranean cuisines and loves nothing more than shopping for exotic spices and ingredients for new recipes.

Melissa grew up in Connecticut and went to college in Boston where she met and married her husband, Jay. They enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring the Portland beer scene and brewing some on their own, traveling, making Kombucha, spending time outdoors, visiting farms and drinking a lot of coffee. A new thing they have started doing is curing their own meats and they hope to begin making their own cheeses soon.
