We also have a bilingual Broker fluent in Spanish. CBP Brokers/​Agents have been involved in many types of real estate; residential, short sales, REO properties, Fannie Mae HomePath properties, HUD properties, commercial, corporate relocation services, rural residential, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures, multifamily, and 1031 exchanges. CBP has a Property Management and Vacation Rental division as a service for our clients. This gives CBP a superior knowledge of building, remodeling, and maintaining a home.

We are a recognized as a National and State of Oregon registered Women/​Minority Owned business. Our company is also a HUD certified, which means we can list and write offers on HUD owned properties.

History

Established in 2007.

Chris Balmes PC, GRI, e-​PRO and her daughter, Lisa Balmes PC, e-​PRO, opened Chris Balmes Properties LLC (CBP) to service the Portland, OR metropolitan area in 2007.

Business Owner

Lisa moved back to Oregon after living in the Seattle, WA area for 15 years. Balmes is a third generation licensed Realtor® in the states of Oregon and Washington and uses her marketing and public relations background to help facilitate the branding of CBP. She is 2013 President Elect of the Masters Circle, Vice Chair of the PMAR PR Committee & a member of the PMAR Task Force Committee, Home Builders Association Street of Dreams and Ultimate Open House Committees and Young Professionals of Portland. The Portland Business Journal named Lisa Balmes PC, e-​PRO as a 2008 & 2009 40 under 40 Runner-​up.

Balmes has experience in working for the Portland TrailBlazers, Seattle Seahawks, Nordstrom Corporate, NFL Players Brian Blades & Sam Adams, Everett Hawks and Junior Achievement of Washington. She owns Something Special Events (SSE), a premier full service event management company started in 1998. She is also the Executive Director for the Brian Blades Foundation in Seattle, WA.
