Really disappointed. Sold me sour orange juice this morning. Disgusting. Now I have heart burn and a nasty taste in my mouth at work. The cashier didn’t even say thank you after I paid either. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to spend my money on such poor quality foods and services.

I have gone to this place 3 separate times, hoping that the visits will get better. They haven’t. II haven’t dined in at this location because I am usually going through the drive-thru. The service is NOT fast. My food is cold. I know, I should check the food before getting on the freeway, but its 7:00am and I’m on my way to work; I just grab and go. Besides, there’s 8 people behind me…(ok, maybe not 8.) The employees arent friendly. I understand its tough being cheerful in the morning, but come on. They’re happy at McDonald’s, so it cant be that bad.

Exactly what it is supposed to be — fast food, better than McD’s, quick and good. Go here and your won’t miss those national chains. They has batter fried asparagus. Surprising. Really good. A bit overcooked, but not greasy at all.

I was really excited to try Burgerville after reading all the good reviews. I absolutely hated it! The burger was tasteless and bland. Even with the special sauce. The price was outrageous and the line moved at a snails pace. I went back a month later because it was close by and I was starving. This time I tried the crispy chicken sandwich in the hopes that the chicken might be better than the burger. Wrong again. Huge bun, small(again tasteless) piece of chicken. Atleast I saved money by just getting the sandwich by itself.

Drive through right off the freeway offering their normal menu open till 1am? Yes please… handy this location. Off course you know about the onion rings and their awesome burgers. But they also have tasty fruit smoothies and a mean salad — there are alternative eats here. The staff rocks and this location is pretty quick too!

This place was PACKED! The drive through line was so long it was impeding traffic for people trying to park and eat-in. With it being so busy and in demand, I had high hopes. They were dashed. The burger itself was bland. The onion rings had a good crisp and I liked the breading texture, but that was about it. The onion had no flavor and was almost just a watery mush. I also ordered a Huckleberry shake, as now that I live in Las Vegas, the berries aren’t easily available. I ordered the cheeseburger meal and a Huckleberry shake. $ 17. Really? That was a bit of a shock. Nearly $ 20 for ONE person to have lunch. Ugh. I should have checked the prices more closely. I would have likely just gotten an order of fries or something, but apparently even those weren’t impressive. Honestly, for a $ 20 meal, I expected at least SOME quality. I don’t get what the big demand is for this place.

Food is great but the place is always freezing. Complaining does no good. I’m guessing that cooking area is warm so they turn the thermostat down for the whole restaurant. I’m tired of complaining. I’m eating elsewhere.

I like this place. I came here with my parents from California and my sister’s co-worker suggested us to check this place out. Their ingredients are fresh and their burger and fish and chips are both good. Glad we tried this place out.

I came in on a busy Monday afternoon about 4:30pm and to start, the staff were all super friendly and smiling. TJ took my order and was super nice and helped me with everything I needed and brought out my food to where I was sitting. Amy, another employee, was finishing up her break and was chatting with me and was super nice. It was just nice to go in, when they were super busy and they still gave great service! Then, there was a guy that I think was upset because his shake didn’t appear within 30 seconds or something and another employee, Donald, said something with a smile that diffused the situation. It was a really great experience and I greatly appreciate the customer service from this one. Go here!

Okay for quick fast food. Pretty plain cheeseburger and very small portions for the prices. Confusing on where to pick up your drink if you eat in. Unorganized line up to order food. Kids meals were blah. Bathrooms… as big as the place is, there is only one bathroom for men and one for women. Very inconvenient. Will pass on eating there again.

For fast food, this is very good. Fairly expensive comparably, but the burgers are much better than the general fast food burger chains. Parking lot is a bit of a nightmare at this location(make sure that you back in for an easier escape), but for a quick meal it is worth the battle.

Not bad… passing through on the way to downtown Portland. we exited the freeway and looked for a place that looked like a local spot and found.Burgerville. After some research and talking to the employees, I found out Burgerville is indeed a local spot which uses local ingredients such as Tillamook Cheddar for their burgers and local seasonal strawberries for their shakes etc… the burgers were good and even the fish and chips were decent… yes, they have other choices on the menu which was nice… don’t pass on the smoothies and shakes… their awesome!

I rarely eat fast food and was skeptical. The place is light, cheerful, and reasonably clean. There is plenty of indoor, and outdoor seating with umbrellas. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I was impressed with atypical, attractive, and healthy looking menu choices, such as wild Alaska halibut and Anasazi bean burger. I chose a free range turkey burger and side salad, both of which were tasty and fresh. My drink was an excellent blackberry shake, which was recommended by my server because the berries are in season and fresh! I highly recommend this place for a refreshing fast food experience.

Moved here two years ago and people told me to go to burgerville for a good local burger. I have been twice and can not understand why this place is so popular. It is an average fast food burger and the price is a bit much. The first time I went we got two burgers added blue cheese and the regular frys and two sodas. and it was twenty bucks!!! I was like well this better be good. It wasn’t it was ok. The second time was a year later and it was late and I had been drinking. and after I ate it I thought why did I go here again?

It was a Sunday morning about 10:30 am we stop by the drive thru and pick up a couple of their breakfast burritos something new from the menu for us. It took maybe to two and a half minutes for them to prepare for breakfast burritos it was fine, that just been they were freshly made and we got one hot sauce and napkins with them. My wife was driving and had me add 1 taco sauce to hers, mine I ate as is and found to be spicy enough on its own. I enjoy the fresh red onions that were on my breakfast burrito and overall it was a good experience. This restaurant does have a very small parking lot and is and is awkwardly position on the property.

This is a round-up to 4, coming from 3.6 or 3.7. After a workout at LA Fitness Lake Oswego, I headed down the street for dinner at this place. For a Sunday night, it was pretty darn crowded. I saw some people in there who looked like they could have gone vegetarian or vegan(just a hunch) chomping down on some burgers, so I relaxed a bit at the concept of stopping for a burger after exercising. I was reminded of In ‘N’ Out Burger. The interior is mostly red and white. There are those burger joint framed posters like one sees at In ‘N’ Out. One ‘50s looking poster had a picture of an old Burgerville with old cars in front of it, and a marquee saying«Inconveniently Located for Most of America.» Ain’t that the truth. The service was great. The food was good. The pricing was too high for what you get. Great service speaks for itself. I had a Tillamook cheese burger and made it a «basket,» meaning I added fries and a soft drink. I had them deduct mayo and add Burgerville sauce, and ordered it well done. It was a good burger … maybe slightly better than a Whopper, but not as filling as an In ‘N’ Out double-double. The fries were good, too. Coca Cola products are a known quantity. For the above combination, the price was $ 7.89. That’s a little on the high side compared to trio meal deals at the other fast food chains. Actually, I initially opted for the waffle fries and was quoted $ 9.39. An up-charge of $ 1.50 for more cleverly shaped fries? I reneged and went with the regular fries. So, 4 stars means«Yay! I’m a fan.» Well, yes, but to the tune of 2 or 3 times a year. I couldn’t see being a regular customer.

Cheeseburger, extra onion and spread. Milkshake with the non-fat fro yo. Walla Walla onion rings… fuhget about it Fish & Chips… legit. Burgerville is the mother of all fast-food chains. Many items are local. The food is overall good. And you can’t beat the old-school diner feel from the décor. If I’m craving a burger and fries and don’t necessarily want to be in a sit down setting, this is where I go. Word to the wise: Just don’t look at your receipt. Not necessarily the prices… but some stores print out the calories on there. Yikes. There are less fattening options on the menu. They have salads that are fairly decent and a rosemary chicken sandwich that is quite tasty. But it’s the spread man. That oh-so-delicious spread that is basically glorified tartar/mayo/crazy goodness with all the fat. Which is why I rarely get fast food… but for reals… it’s so worth it. Notes: Not overly expensive but more spendy than most burger chains. The walla-walla onion rings while good… are so not worth the price? I mean come on…3 onion rings for like $ 4?! BAH! Local ingredients Fresh tasting and overall good food. Can pass on their fries though Seasonal milkshakes FTW!

What to do when I prefer not to eat fast food, and have a car full of passengers crying for a burger option within spitting distance of an interstate? Not, apparently, offer your snacks of pita crisps and carrot sticks. You stop at a Burgerville, wait while passengers order, and allow them to buy you a small chocolate hazelnut milkshake when they insist. The milkshake was average, but for a company such as Burgerville to tout on their website and in their franchises that they are committed to fresh, local, sustainable-produced food, AND to describe the chocolate hazelnut milkshake as «Rich chocolate and ground roasted Oregon Hazelnuts…», I was disappointed to see my milkshake being made with Torani Hazelnut syrup, chocolate soft serve, and only a sprinkling of «ground Oregon hazelnuts» as a garnish. Oh well, that’s what I get for compromising my fast food morals. Should have passed on the milkshake and asked for gas $$.
