Floormart

Had both hard wood and carpeting installed and we couldn’t be happier. Floors were installed in a day and the price was unbeatable! I will be coming back in the spring to have them install new carpeting upstairs as well! Can’t recommend them enough!

By far the worst carpet shopping experience. Our neighbor recommended this company so my wife scheduled an appointment for Brad to come out to the house and show us samples.
Day 1, Brad was scheduled to come by at 7:45 am but never showed. My wife called the store and found out that he was still at his house. A phone call notifying us that he had to reschedule would have been the appropriate thing to do, but no call. Already upset about the no show, we decided to drive to the store to look at the carpet samples. Once there, we selected three different carpets and requested prices. The woman at the store said she would pass the info on to Brad and he would call us with pricing… No call received. That evening we went to two other flooring stores (Flooring America and FDW Carpet One Floor & Home).
Day 2, next day both Flooring America and FDW came to the house to measure the rooms and provided quotes.
Day 3 and we still had yet to hear from Brad so my wife called once more to have at least three different options to choose from… again no call back.
Day 4, we decided to go with FDW because they came in lower than Flooring America.
Day 6, our carpet was delivered and installed.
I cannot understand how this company is still in business. Furthermore I cannot fathom how some folks received exceptional pricing and service yet we didn’t receive not even a quote. I would not recommend Floormart to anyone.
