History

Established in 2004.

Flooring America was started as a group of individual owners working together to share their buying power as to compete with the larger box stores. Growing to over 500 stores between the US and Canada, the company now commands the same buying power while still offering the advantages of local ownership and service that others simply cannot match.

The Flooring America brand has been doing business in Algonquin since 2004. In April of 2013, the store changed ownership, got a full make over, both in looks and operation. Ron Toepper, the owner, has been in the flooring business since 1993 and has been in operation individually since 1998.
