We shopped around for a pontoon boat for quite a while and stopped in at USA RV and Marine. We were recommended by a friend to ask for Donna and we are so glad that we did. Not only are we very happy with our Sun Tracker Tri-​toon, but Donna found us financing with no money out of pocket and a great interest rate. She kept in contact with us throughout the deal and has made contact with us several times afterwards to make sure we are still happy with our purchase. Expecting a larger selection we looked for an RV in Las Vegas, but like Dorothy there’s no place like home. Salesman Robert and Finance Officer Carrie could not have been more helpful. It was a used RV with no warranties expressed but when we found the windshield cracked after leaving the lot they promptly sent windshield repair out to replace it.
They had exactly what we wanted and took our boat in for trade to boot. Highly recommend!!!

I heard about USA from the Tracker website and it was the closest dealership to me. I went on a Saturday to check out their selection of pontoons and I was not disappointed.
By far the largest selection in Arizona. I traded in my old boat for a 2014 Sun Tracker Party Barge. So easy and painless. Could not be happier.

We purchased a used Pontoon boat from this company. Our initial impression of the business and the sales team was favorable. My husband drove from San Diego to pick up the boat and he was told by the service department they had gone over the boat from top to bottom. Well… it all started when he got a flat tire on the 95 about half hour into this trip… not really a flat tire, but a completely shredded tire. He drove into Yuma and bought two new trailer tires.
Our first outing was my daughter-​in– law’s birthday. We took our family from San Diego to Lake Martinez for the weekend. That’s when we had our second flat tire. We replaced the tire and continued our journey. Launched the boat and spent the next 4 hours on the dock trying to get the boat to start. Contacted our sales rep and he transferred us to the service department… they told us to bring it back and they would take a look at it (4 hr. round trip). I requested to speak to the owner. I asked him if he would allow us to take the boat to a mechanic in San Diego, he agreed as long as he spoke to the mechanic before any work was done… okay, that’s reasonable. Mechanic found the fuel pump was so clogged and he had to clean all the debris out before it would start. He said we were lucky because if we had got it started we would have probably ruined the motor. Cost $ 400 — we were immediately reimbursed by USA RV & Marine. Okay so we are really happy now!!!
Took the boat out for our second trip and yeah, we got it started, however, it would not go pass 10 miles an hour… another trip ruined.
Took the boat back to the mechanic and he found several wiring issues. He did some more work and suggested we take the boat to a local lake to make sure it runs before we go back to the river. We took the boat and so far so good… we’ll see how our next river trip goes.
I emailed the owner, Mark Matt, and cc: the business email two times to explain our on-​going issues and flat tires and have not received any response.
We realize this is a used boat, however, it should run, and have decent tires on the trailer for the amount of money we paid for it… did we get ripped off… I think so. I would never go back to this dealer nor would I recommend them to anyone. They claim to be the #1 Tracker Dealer in the area… maybe on new boats. Very disappointed!!!

I’ve waited several months before writing this review in order to see how the used RV I bought would work out. Well… it’s been 4 months since buying and I couldn’t be happier. The RV is 10 yrs old but in near perfect condition… exactly as described by Donna and USA RV & marine. I’ve gone on 10 trips so far so I get a lot of use and know the RV well. Donna was super pleasant to deal with… very knowledgeable… spent 2 hours going over the RV (this is my first and I knew nothing) …she was very patient and went the extra mile to take care of my transaction (traveled 200 miles to pick up the RV). Thank you Donna and USA!

Went to havasu over easter to look at and purchase a boat. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable. Their used boat prices are very competitive if not better than their competitors. Any how they sold the boat I was hoping to put an offer on that monday. I ended up buying a boat from a private party. The first time out the fuel pump went out. Couldn’t find it in socal anywhere. I called usa marine and they had 3 In stock and they beat everybody’s price by $ 50. They will have my business anytime I’m in havasu. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a well stocked parts department.

My wife and I were just going out to look at RV/​Trailers today, not buy. We found exactly what we were looking for and the BEST sales person — Donna. Thanks guys, we love it.

Just bought a 21′ Sun Tracker fishin barge, and went to 5 different places in Havasu. Donna the sales person was very helpful. I must have talked to 8 different sales people at other dealerships and it was almost as if they could care less whether or not I bought a boat.
Just got back from taking it out the first time and it was a used boat. Interior is perfect, all the gauges worked, stereo worked, live wells worked. I was very impressed that everything was in full working order and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
I had a trade in and wish I would have brought it there first. I put it on consignment at another place in Havasu, they left it outside for 2 years and over priced it. Not gonna hate on them but I really feel if I had brought it to USA first I would have made had a much better trade value than what I ended up with.
I would recommend them to anyone either selling or buying a boat.

First day on the water of this trip and our engine started overheating, we figured it was the impeller as that is the usual suspect when this happens. I called, spoke to Dan and was told to bring it in and they could get to it right away. When they pulled the impeller it was still good so they went looking for what else could be wrong. Unfortunately, turns out the risers are flaking rust and it was clogging the exhaust system. He was able to clear out the flakes and get us back on the water by 4pm thereby saving our weekend. It overheated once more so we kept it under 3000rpm and was fine for the rest of the trip. Before next season we will have to do the risers, ugh.

Over the weekend of Dec 4^th 2010, I had an accident involving my boat trailer. I was unable to put my boat back on the trailer in the condition it was in. It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. I called USA RV and Marine and asked if they could repair my trailer. What a wonderful experience! They were so friendly to me on the phone, and I brought my trailer down to them. They looked at it and offered to move somethings around to fit us into their schedule. I half expected to get gouged price wise, being in the bind I was in, and that I wasn’t near home. I only needed to get my trailer repaired to get my boat home. They went above and beyond with their service. They restored my trailer completely, and they did it dirt cheap! They also had it back to me the next day. Their service department was a Godsend to us. What a friendly group of honest people! I can’t thank them enough!

I purchased my Ebbtide Boat from USA about 4 years ago. They were the best deal for an apples to apples price check I did with 2 other dealers, one in Vegas the other in Corona, CA. I special ordered my boat and waited for it.
Last year I had the boat in for service and thought the service and parts dept. was A-​OK.
This year I brought Pat in the service dept. a «mysterious» overheating problem that the Marina had worked on for 2 ½ days trying to fix. Pat had the problem correctly diagnosed within 2 ½ HOURS. Another 1 ½ hours labor, minor parts and I’m back in business with a boat that should run trouble free for another 100 hours.
I think he did an excellent job and most of all the communications between Pat and I were very good. Julie too.
Next time I’ll take the extra time to bring the boat into USA first!
