Called Mercury Air on Thursday, 5⁄21 because our A/​C wouldn’t turn on. Laurie apologized because she couldn’t get anyone out until the following Tuesday. She asked a few questions before scheduling the appointment and when she realized it was a unit they had installed a few years prior she told me she would move a few things around and get someone out that day. Now THAT’S good customer service.
Technician was out within a few hours. Turned out it was a bad thermostat which he replaced. A little costly but worth it as we were having 10 visitors arriving the next day.
I highly recommend Mercury Air. They have always provided us with great service. Can’t say enough nice things about them and especially Laurie. Thanks Laurie, for saving us from an uncomfortable weekend — especially our very pregnant niece!
