Air Conditioning Guy

We came out to our vacation home with our 2 yr twin grandchild only to find our air conditioner not working. I was panic stricken. I checked Unilocal and liked the reviews I saw on the air condoned guys so decided to give them a call. From the moment they answered the phone I felt comfortable and confident in them. They were out to our home in 2 hrs and worked for 4 hrs in 114 degree weather to fix the problem. It works perfectly! They were so personable and professional I couldn’t ask for more. The price very reasonable less than I expected. I highly recommend them

BEST SERVICE IN LAKE HASASU. We have 4 properties in Havasu. There is always some issue arising with one air-​conditioning unit or the other. We were out this last weekend, arriving Friday at 445 pm with friends. We could not get one of the air-​conditioning units to start. It worked last time we were there, go figure. Called Janice, who is now our friend and not just an individual who runs an air-​conditioning company. After attempting to trouble shoot the issue over the phone with us without success, Janice dispatched her husband, Ron and their son, Robby to our property. They arrived within 15 minutes. Our problem was resolved within 30 minutes of our call. Janice’s son, Robby, was quick to figure out the problem, such an intuitive young man. Our bill was very reasonable, per usual. Janice and her family saved us from a very hot, intolerable weekend. This is not the first time we have used their services, rather we have used their services on multiple occasions for various issues including small service items to full change outs. This example of their service is the rule not the exception. If you want quality work for a reasonable rate in a timely fashion this is the company to call.

This almost never happens! And when it does, you must tell the world! We have a summer home in Lake Havasu City, Az… So when it’s triple digit heat, you MUST have your A/​C crankin! We came to town, and the A/​C thermostat won’t dip below 84. We changed the batteries in the thermostat, changed the filter, reset the thermostat, all with no results. Unless I want to melt, I have no choice but to find a HVAC service to come out and diagnose. Crap, I’m picturing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in repair or replacement bills. There is a sticker on my thermostat from the previous owner for Air Conditioning Guy. So I looked it up on Unilocal,only 3 reviews, but all 5 stars. So I call and I reach Janice, who owns the business with her husband. She walked me through more troubleshooting steps that I had not tried, and VOILA, my AC is now working again! Most companies would never have gone to this trouble, settling instead on the minimum service call to get the $$$. I am so grateful, I hope this review convinces you to give them a call! You won’t be disappointed !

I was so pleasantly surprised with Ron The Air Condotioning Guy!
We have a vacation house in Lake Havasu and needed AC help.
We were having trouble with our AC, fan running but blowing warm air.
We made the mistake of calling another company first, the technician that came handed us an estimate for $ 1165.00. I hadn’t had much experience with AC but even I knew $ 540.00 was a LOT of money just to refill the refrigerant. Plus he had itemized
other costs for work that needed to be done.
We called The Air Conditioning Guy and Ron was here within the hour.
Ron was incredible, he found the problem and fixed it immediately for $ 219.00. I swear I have no vested interest in this business and never laid eyes on Ron before this call but I HAD to write this review. The AC Guy saved me about $ 940.00
This is the ONLY company I will call in the future. Honest, fast and experienced.

We called them about 2 years ago because the 3 other companies in town could never fix our air duct system properly. Ron fixed it for $ 300.00 and we never have had a problem since. We now use him for all our home and business heating/​air and the service has always been excellent. Very honest people!
