Don’t expect to receive a refund of your security deposit any time soon from this company. According to them they have 14 days to refund your deposit, it’s now day 16 and no refund check. After calling multiples times, and getting false promises, I don’t know when or if we will ever see our check.
As for the houses they rent, well don’t get me started. I wonder if the owners of these houses are aware of the care their houses are receiving from these property managers?
As another reviewer said, if I could leave less than 1 star I would.

I have had to deal with this real estate office a couple times since I have lived in Havasu, and every experience has been worse than the last. My calls are NEVER returned, even if I leave several messages. When I do decide that I’ve waited enough to hear back from the realtor, they have already given the house I’m interested in to someone else. They couldn’t have just called me and told me that? The employees are rude, smug, and act pretty disinterested. If I could use 0 stars I would! Take your business somewhere else people, these morons obviously don’t care about your business.
Oh, did I forget to mention that I was charged a 40 $ application fee to a house that had already been sold 2 DAYS PRIOR! The agent was such a crook that that little piece of info slipped her mind, but she happily took my 40 dollars! When I spoke to the supervisor she explained that real estate is a gamble, and I should have known that when I sent in the application.

These guys just plain and simple — STINK. They’re unprofessional, curt, and rude.
My wife and I were seeking their assistance in a rental and after leaving a number of messages, none were returned. We finally got someone on the phone and asked for a list of rentals. The woman we spoke with acted completely disinterested and as if I were wasting her time.
She wanted to run my credit and for me to pay an application fee AND I HAVEN’T EVEN SEEN A SINGLE PROPERTY YET. I told her that I would prefer seeing some of the properties before doing that, which she said was out of the question.
Now this is just common sense — Why would I pay a non-​refundable application fee, and have someone run my credit when I don’t even know if there’s a single property they have that I’d be interested in renting?
Come on. just ridiculous.
I would NEVER use their services, nor recommend them to anyone.

During my search for long term house rentals, I came across the Coldwell Banker website with a lot of listings, that coupled with a lot of agent names I was hopeful to find a home with them.
After calling the office to check on availability and set an appointment to see some houses, I was a little frustrated that they wanted to run a credit report JUST to show us properties.
I understand they probably encounter looky-​loos and want to save time, but we submitted a recent credit report and they still wanted an application to show us properties. It seemed to be a hassle since all other companies we called were willing to show houses to us without any prequalification process.
My husband and I called them on a few occassions trying to give and get information, and none of the experiences gave us confidence that renting from them would be a pleasant experience. The agent could not recall the two homes we wanted to see that I communicated to her during our first call, and was not very helpful. We made the decision after those 5 or so interactions that we were going to exhaust all possible options and hoped we wouldn’t have to go through them. I realize that they are probably very busy, but it was another frustration in the pre-​process of just wanting to look at houses.
We expressed that we would be out that weekend and waited to receive a call to set an appointment, as she saw that our credit is worthy of renting to, and we still haven’t heard from her. That lack of follow up was also a red flag as to wondering if we called in for urgent repairs or needs, how would that go?
Anyhow, we did find a home and we had many great experiences with other property management companies in town.
