The specialty of our shop is we care. Will Rogers said «a stranger is a friend I haven’t met yet.» We have been doing things the same way for over 20 years and that is treating each person with respect.

Please stop in and see our large selection of women’s clothes, sterling silver, locally made jewelry, tapestries, perfume oils and incense. We also carry a variety of classic rock and roll merchandise including

t-​shirts, patches, stickers, and hard to find gifts. We have a large variety of hand blown glass beads and are happy to make a hemp necklace that you design with our full line of colored hemp. We also have posters, body jewelry, and have been told by our customers we have the largest and most affordable selection of tobacco products they have seen. History

Established in 1993.

Started in August of 1993 and built on customer service we have enjoyed 20 years of making new friends. While always having a store in Lake George, we have also had shops in Clifton Park, N.Y. and Burlington Vt. In Lake George our shop on the main street is open daily year round and we added a second, seasonal store, «Shakedown Street» on Beach Road nine years ago. Leases are in place, so we plan on being here to meet you for many years to come. Peace

For 12 years this has been my home when not at home. Meeting new people and making new friends has been a wonderful ongoing experience for me. I love good music and swimming in the river with my husband Bryan and dog Blotter. Need help picking a new skirt or deciding on a piece. Maybe you would like a necklace made for yourself or as a gift. well you pick the colors of hemp and the bead and I will be happy to make the necklace for you. Need change for the parking meter out front — yeah, i have that too!
