Wonderful! Manicure & pedicure were beautiful and relaxing. Loved that they give you water, a cookie and a piece of chocolate during as well, very nice touch. Very nice facility and people.

Pricey, but very good. I get the gel/​acrylic on my nails and I can go /​½ weeks with no lifting or chipping. AND she does them nice and thin so they look more natural. Loves it. I’m hooked.

Found this gem! They were open late and were so kind. Dee is amazing, she kept me laughing and was meticulous! Thank you for such great service, wish you guys were closer to home.

Had a pedi and gel mani this morning. They did a wonderful job and I love that they give you a little treat when you arrive.

This place was awesome. They had a price menu that made it easy for me to pick the services I wanted. The ladies were very nice and took their time. My nails look great! Just what I expect when I pay someone else to do them for me. I will definitely come back.

This place is over priced. $ 35 for a pedicure. They didn’t even remove my calluses and just did lotion and toe painting. Probably won’t come back here because that pedicure isn’t worth$ 35

I normally go to Studio Nails just down the street but they didn’t have any open appointments for today so I decided to try Win Nail Spa since its 5 minutes from my work and they had availability. The place has a nice atmosphere and friendly employees. They served me water, chocolate and cookies! Sandy did my nails and I love them, couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be returning here for my fill in 3 weeks :).

I love this place! I called to see if they were open tonight and they said to come right in. Turns out, they actually stayed open past closing for me and one of the sweet technicians even came in on her day off to help with my manicure. That is service! The place is clean, modern and beautiful. This is the only place that can get my heels smooth! Seriously! I suffer from dry feet and I leave there with the softest feet ever and they stay that way for weeks. Everyone here is super nice and all very talented at nails. It is hard to find a nail salon with not only great customer service, but flawless results as well. They have won me over and I feel lucky to have them right near my house. Give them a try… you will not be disappointed!

The best service I have received from a nail salon. The nail salon is super clean with modern chairs for pedicures. The nail technicians are really courteous and friendly. I will definitely come back for their good customer service, price and ambiance.

Deluxe mani/​pedi was the cheapest option. $ 49 but with the grand opening discount it was $ 42 However, since I got gel mani, the total was $ 60.
Lana and Minh were wonderful! They were so nice and friendly. They took their time and were very detailed. I love that they welcomed me with a bottle of water, cookies, and a piece of chocolate. I also like how they put all the buffers/​files in a baggie for me to take home. Win Salon is very clean and sanitary and overall a charming nail salon. They also include a great clay mask/​wrap sort of treatment on legs and arms and wrap nice warm towels around it all as the treatment sets. Wonderful!
I’ve been trying all the salons in the area since I moved here 6 months ago and so far this is the cleanest and most professional, but also the most expensive. However, for the quality and experience, it’s definitely worth it for when you want to really pamper yourself and considering all the extras they throw in (compared to other salons), I’ll be back!

I just moved to California and was in need of a new nail spa. The first thing I noticed was that the shop was pretty and CLEAN!
All the techs were super friendly and they offered chocolates and beverages. They really do make you feel pampered here. I love my gel mani and pedi and the prices are great! I’m definitely going to try some of their other services.

Wanted to love it. I got a fill and pedicure with design which cost $ 77 after 20% off (a pedicure with design and a fill with glitter would have been $ 92 without the 20% off). Yikes!
When I asked why it was so much I was told that there is an extra charge to remove acrylic, which I was not told at the time and did not ask for (literally the lady just started to take my old acrylics off without asking me), I was also told that there is an extra charge for glitter on your acrylic, which I also was not told. So, instead of being $ 25 my acrylic fill was $ 40.
I feel like as a customer I should have been told about any extra charge.
On the plus side, they do offer you water and chocolates while you wait, which I think is really great. I personally would not return because the cost is too high, higher than most, and I feel taken advantage of as a customer.

I’m visiting from NYC, and I usually just get my nails done before travel, but my nails were a mess and desperately needed some TLC! I stopped by this place, and it’s AHmazing!
Being from the Big Apple, I’m not used to the customer service… the people are super nice and hospitable! They offered me a beverage and handed me some magazines while I waited.
The nail tech that I had did such an awesome job! She was so thorough while cleaning up my cuticles, and I think this is the BEST polish job I’ve ever had! If I lived around here, I would definitely be a standing client! HIGHLY recommended :)
It’s going to be very hard to meet my new expectations when I go back to NYC next week. (Ugh… I need to move to LA!!)

I found this new nail salon in the coupon book that came with the mail this week. Since it is near by I figured i’d give it a shot as the first nail salon I went to up here after leaving San Diego was disappointing to say the least. (you can find my review on them on the Nail Bar page). When I arrived to the Win Nails Spa I was greeted by the entire staff and the location was very neat, clean, and decorated nicely. The staff was very sweet and very attentive to detail. I had brought my coupons with me from the coupon book that came in the mail, and they inforned me that the ad company messed up their coupon badly, and I figured that was the case as nobody of good quality does a gel manicure for $ 16! That is insane! They were very apologetic. I was perfectly fine paying their normal rate, and let them know the misprint was no big deal as I didn’t come just for the special. My gel manicure was great! I chose a nice baby pink from OPI. They took their time and were very giving with multiple coats of gel, not just one quick coat. They also use OPI and Gelish products which are both great for gel manicures. The take home bag of misc nail files and buffer are a great idea! Saves on costs to the business and is a nice way to show how sanitary they are. The lotion they use is very nice too, very lemony and pleasant. They also brought me a little treat of cookies and a chocolate and offered me a beverage. I felt right at home here! I am so happy to have found a great nail salon in the Lake Forest/​Baker Ranch/​Foothill Ranch area that is attentive, cairng, and not in a huge rush. The entire staff has a great personality and that goes a thousand miles along with great work! You won’t be disappointed here.

So far so good! Split appt due to my poor planning for time but they are extremely accommodating. Will go back to complete my French gel manicure.

Came to Win Nails Spa to take advantage of their grand opening 20% off. They did a great job on my pedicure. Tubs were lined with plastic and I was given my nail file and buffer to keep and bring back next time. It’s very clean and relaxing. I was even given a cookie and offered a refreshment. Had such a great experience, I came back the next day with my daughter to get a manicure. Again, same great service. Normal prices were the same as other local salons. I will definitely be back!

I was patiently waiting for this nail salon to open as it’s right next to my house and next to the Starbucks I go to on a daily basis.
I came in today for a mani/​pedi since they were having 20% off. With the discount, they do have awesome prices… without the discount, their prices are a little on the higher side.
The salon is very clean and offers scrubbers and nail files you can take home to bring back for next visit (great marketing ploy to get you to come back!). I asked for the deluxe mani/​pedi with french gel nails on my fingers and regular polish on my toes ~ total was $ 72 after 20% discount.
When I first sat down they offered me refreshments, a cookie and a piece of chocolate… very professional and friendly. Took me about 2 hours in the salon since only one guy worked on my fingers and toes, but he was definitely a perfectionist and my nails turned out great.
I’ll definitely keep coming back as long as there is a 20% discount!
