Tiffany the manicurist is the best. Ive been going to her for 3 years. She is now at MN8! I have problems w ingrown toe nail. She gets it every time! Im pain free after my pedicure. She does the cutest nail art! My fav is when she does this argyle design!
I also get a gel manicure. It is always perfect and not too thick. Can last up to three weeks.
Reasonably priced. Easy to get an appt. i would never go to anyone else except for Tiffany.

For years I had been looking for a hair stylist I wanted to stay with, and for years I had not found anyone I was 100% happy with. When my friend and co-​worker referred me to Caroline, I knew after just a short time with her that she was something special. Caroline sees hair design as an art and loves what she does, and this was obvious to me as I watched her work. She also has something no other hair stylist has that I have been to: a knack for looking at you and knowing what would look good with your face shape, hair texture, etc. I’ve always loved to put my hair in her hands and let her run with it. I love to let her make suggestions and do her magic, and magic she is! Caroline is absolutely fantastic at the whole spectrum of hair design. She is extremely talented and has a natural gift for this, above and beyond her schooling and training, and I will never go to anyone else! If you are looking for a stylist who you can trust to make your hair look the best it will ever look, with you will not be disappointed!

Firster timer for tanning.
We were recommended to MN8 from a few friends who religiously go here when a spray tan in needed. Mostly on a special occasion. Winter Forman dance was coming and my daughter wanted to be tan.
Prior to her appointment, I took the liberty to call and spoke to Helen who is one of the spray tan tech’s at this salon, as well as one of the owners. Helen was very helpful in explaining the process and how to prepare for her tanning session, as well as what is needed afterwards.
Our appointment at 4:00pm on a Friday, the day before the dance.
When my daughter was done and she came out, she looked awesome. Her tan looked very natural, sun-​kissed by the sun with a beautiful glow to her skin. It had a beautiful brown color, not that hideous orange tint that everyone is petrified of having. Helen did a great job. The color was even throughout her body as well. Helen had mentioned that her tan will get a little darker as the evening passed and the solution sets. The unfortunately thing is around 8:00, my daughter came down stairs with wet hair. I asked if she showered and she said «yes». Which was a no, no for at least 6 hours. My daughter said that no one told her to wait at least 6 hours, and that she was just told to shower before she went to bed. Although she still had a tiny bit of color, unfortunately, the tan had faded dramatically and we were super bummed. We were so excited to see the final results and post some pictures of her beautiful tan the next day, being all dressed up. I can tell by how beautiful her skin looked when she came out of to the lobby, her tan would have been even more beautifully had she waited the appropriate time.

I’m so happy to have found Adena Miller!!! I always leave the salon feeling way more beautiful cause of the way she knows the right tone or color to use! I don’t even have to tell her what to do. After trying other places, i know I will go wherever she goes!!!

I have had 3 massages by Katarina and she is amazing. I was in need of a therapeutic massage and was grateful to have elements of both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She is very warm and caring as well. Katarina always follows up with a text to check on me the next day. She also suggests stretching exercises to help relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. The spa is clean and the massage room is quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a massage with Katarina at MN8 Spa.

Had an amazing haircut at MN8 with Kathy Dang. It’s been really hard to find somebody in this area that cuts my very thick hair correctly and in a way that’s easy to manage at home. Kathy did exactly as I was asking and was very friendly and fun to chat with! I was on a very strict schedule the day of my hair cut and had a meeting right after my appointment. Kathy had me out on time and looking great! Everywhere that I went yesterday there were complements from both strangers and colleagues on my hair. Job well done! Looking forward to coming to see her often as I did a long bob that will need trims every 4 weeks to keep its shape. If you’re looking for somebody talented on this area to cut and color your hair, Kathy is your gal!

Yesterday I had a massage at MN8 Spa, I was greeted by the from desk and giving an intake form. After filling it out I met my therapist Katarina. The salon looked busy but once we past the spa door it was quite and welcoming. The treatment room was clean and the table was warm. It is known that massage therapist are critical of other therapist body work.
This is one treatment that was fantastic ! I truly appreciate the work I received very strong hands. You must see her! Katrina knows how to give a amazing massage. I feel great!

Adena Miller has cut my hair for years because she is the best! I never go anywhere else and I never will. She knows her business and is a true professional! I highly recommend her services!

Adena Miller is a amazing hairstylist! She has done my color multiple times, its been great, and she does a killer head massage! She is also really funny and a sweet heart, i love talking to her. Oh yeah and she is really reasonable, charging ¹⁄₃ of the prices than when she worked in LA, Nice!

Mojan is the best hair stylist if you have long and thick hair. I have enough hair for four or five people! She has been managing my hair for over 10 years. She is amazing.
I moved to DC, yes — the east coast, almost five years ago and I didn’t know what I was going to do without her. Problem solved — I fly back two to four times a year. Not kidding. I wouldn’t trade her for anything. She is amazing.
My tip would be to make your appointments at least two weeks before, she gets busy. And, be on time because otherwise we all get bumped.

This review is for my color with Kathy Dang! She was amazing!
She spent 4 hours making sure my color was perfect. She was sweet, caring, and an all around true artist.
She took my hair from brown to a beautiful purple. If you want a unique of difficult color, see Kathy.
All the staff was so nice to me and the salon is super clean and well decorated.
I EVEN HAD A GLASS OF WINE! Made my night!

I absolutely love this salon and day spa. Kathy Dang is the most professional colorist I have ever gone to I get compliments on my hair all the time. Regarding how natural the color looks. and I have my nails done by Jennifer Vu, I have gone to her for over 15years. And I get the best massages from Katrine, excellent deep tissue or Swedish. Over all a goldmine for clean and professional Service.

Update: My daughters hair looks fantastic and the woman who runs the salon was unbelievably accommodating after her daughter overheard me telling my daughter what happened. I will give them another shot for sure!
I booked two appointments for myself and my daughter based on good Unilocal reviews. I was pretty specific when I called. I blatantly said that I don’t have a particular style in mind, but I definitely know what I don’t want (no bangs, nothing that requires a lot of maintenance/​product). I was booked with Kathy Dang who tried to convince me repeatedly that I needed a graduated bob, even after I’d told her that I’d had that style before and it doesn’t work with my hair at all. Total waste of time. Hopefully my daughter’s hair turns out okay.

I’ve been following my hair lady, Cathy Bursch, every time she moves salons and this place has been quite good. She always does a great job on my color and cut, but now I can also get other services down as well. She also cuts my husband and my mom’s hair. So she’s great all around.
Their esthetician, Nikki, is super friendly and does my eyebrow/​lip wax once in awhile. She is also an awesome makeup artist that did our makeup on my wedding day. Her handiwork held up in the 95 degree heat thanks to some blotting tissues, and the pictures look great.

Best nail salon I have ever gone to. Ask for Sherri. She’s awesome. She’s so patient. She did such an awesome job.

I followed Caroline Packard to MN8. It’s out of my way but well worth the drive. She uses Schwarzkopf color and has worked and trained with the very best– it shows in her work!
The salon has a machine that helps the color set in the hair. It’s amazing. I have very gray hair, and have noticed longevity in my color.
Caroline always lets me know about the best products– especially when they’re on sale– which I appreciate.
Caroline is a killer colorist/​stylist. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you’ll become devoted.
