I love coffee and enjoy an extra hot cup every day. I walk to this location with my kids every week and my husband joins us on the weekends. Half the staff knows me and my 3 girl and are extremely friendly!
My only request would be for this location to add an extra table outside — seems like more and more often my daughter and I can find a chair or two but no empty tables.

Every time I come to this location I wait 10 – 20 minutes. No real line just slow people. This is not a good morning spot. They don’t make the drinks right either. I have sent to many drinks back, most annoying is when you get in your car take a sip and it’s completely wrong. Get it together guys

On a weekend this Starbucks is so busy expect a 15 min wait. Under staffed big time. The coffee is good because it’s Starbucks. Just the service is bad.

One of my favorite local stops for java in the morning; a good-​humored and efficient crew that give the store its neighborly feel… They’re fast and always considerate, and they make it a point to welcome back occasional customers (at least in my case).
They may not know it, but I find their Pike Place roast to be stronger than some other stores, which is why I stop at this location more frequently… Perhaps it’s their machine? Still, I love it.
It’s a small but comfy store located right off of Montcliff Dr and the El Toro Rd sidewalk, which makes it perfect for those who are hoofing it… Parking is sort of cluttered but there’s usually a spot if you look around. The store is located in an accommodating restaurant complex and it always serves as a quick and easy stop for coffee, donuts, or whatever suits my fancy.

I like this quiet Starbucks location and come here pretty consistently. The staff is really nice and they do a good job of making lattes. They are remodeling the entire shopping center so I imagine it will get busier.

I love starbucks and this one was definatly good… yet currently here you can see who’s new versus the ones who have been trained properly! The new changing hours take away a bit of their late night business now :/​another problem I have discovered after multiple visits is the store manager Rebecca is quit cold towards people and never seems to be in a good mood along with some of the staff in the afternoons. Another worker Katie who is sadly a shift lead is constantly gossiping to coworkers instead of helping a line full of customers. The older employees like Carmen Alec and Landon are the best I always hope they are working when I come in:)

This is what I call my «home» Starbucks. It is usually busy on the weekends with the neighborhood families and all the bicyclists. There are a few partners that have been working at this location for years and always remember my drink and my family members. They have a nice sized patio and the locals are laid back. During the school days it can be packed with high school kids so beware!!!

Been hitting this place for 10+ years. Staff has always been terrific — they greet everyone with charm and a smile. The rare mistake is always rectified with a sincere apology and generally a free drink. And I have my own theme song :). Makes the morning easier and more fun.

It was Thanksgiving morning when my kids and I came here. This location is around the corner from my home so its convenient. It was rather busy, definiatly not a concern, I have no issue with waiting for our drinks. They were made right, I never got a bad attitude from the staff, they were pleasant.
This place is quite small in comparison to other locations, so when it is busy its quite cramped inside.

they make good coffee just like any other starbucks. i love my holiday drinks (gingerbread latte and crème brule latte). i ask for hald sweetness and they adjust it perfectly. they are on sale (buy 1 get 1) until nov, 17. go get it and save the other one for later.

What happened with what Starbucks used to be? This one is coffee with an attitude, just the wrong one…
I once read about Starbucks’ third place philosophy, where after home and office this would be the place to be.
First time I got «unrequestedly» lectured about my coffee I thought «this is just a hiccup, next time it should be back to normal». Second and third time I had a similarly unpleasant treatment I thought maybe 4th place is not that bad.
Now when I crave for coffee I know where to go for my brew, aywhere but this hipster– riddled Fivebucks.

We come here because it’s where the canyon road spills out. Once for a bathroom stop. Twice for coffee and cake. Other than it being at the mouth of Santiago Canyon, we have no reason to come.
Employees are hit or miss in terms of either serving you or hating you for some arbitrary reason.
Orders are generally accurate.
Bathroom is filthy.
Seating inside is plentiful though cramped.
Seating outside is not so plentiful but not cramped.
Size is decent but most corner plot businesses tend to be larger.
It’s a Starbucks. What else do you want me to say?
