Serrano Creek Ranch Equestrian Center

I have boarded horses in several different facilities in Orange County over the years and Serrano is one of the best in the area. The entire place is always very neat and clean. The stalls look nice, the barn aisles are swept, and the arenas are maintained daily. The management staff and the stable workers are all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is pretty laid-​back. There are trainers here but most of the lessons are for kids and adults just trying to improve their riding — this isn’t a stable that attracts snobby divas like you find in many show barns.
I am an avid trail rider and believe it or not, Serrano connects to miles and miles of trails. It is a 3ish mile ride from Serrano to Whiting Ranch, on the nicely groomed Serrano Creek Trail. There’s also a short trail loop near the back of the property.
The only reason I don’t board here anymore is because I moved and needed my horses closer to me. I would definitely recommend this place!

I happen to enjoy this center.
There’s always a vet around, so there is no chance for neglect.
There’s an abundance of hay.
The area is pretty clean and comfortable.
Don’t let one bias ruin it for everyone. =)
