Permanent Makeup By Debbie

I have been a client of Debbie’s for 8 years. She gave me a full set of brows, lower and upper eye liner as well as two beauty marks. I constantly receive compliments on my eyebrows, and I love the way my face looks without makeup! I have only needed one touch up on my brows, and no touch ups on my eyeliner in 8 years. 8 YEARS! How incredible is that? Her office is absolutely beautiful, her staff is extremely friendly and Debbie is very comfortable to work with, she is truly knowledgeable in her trade and I feel 100% confident in her quality of work. I will continue to see Debbie for all of my future permanent makeup needs as well as any touch ups. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone I know, and I am very satisfied with her work! LOVE HAVING PERMANENT MAKE UP DONE BY DEBBIE! GREAT SERVICE! I had first heard about Debbie doing permanent makeup from a co-​worker. I asked her where she went to get it done and she gave me Debbie’s number. Finally I have my eyebrows and eyeliner done! I love it. I am so happy I had it done! They look so natural. She did the hair stroke technique on my eyebrows to ensure they would come out great. People cannot believe how natural they look. Since then my mom and many of my friends have had their permanent makeup done by Debbie. Her prices are reasonable compared to a lot of other permanent makeup artists I have looked at before. Trust me you will love having your make up permanently done.

I really wanted to have my eyebrows tattooed for a REALLY long time because they had never grown in right anyway. But I had to find exactly the right person. I was referred to Debbie by my Hairdresser who had her brows, eye liner and lips done. She highly recommended Debbie and really encouraged me to look her up. I also wanted someone close to my home so I would not have to travel far. I also had priced several others in the area and their prices were outrageous (at least double what Debbie was charging).The first time I went, I was really nervous, first about the ‘tattoo’ (im not a tattoo person) part of it and of course, the pain. Debbie made me feel totally comfortable and didn’t just do my eyebrows all willy-​nilly. We went over the shape, thickness and color that I was comfortable with. She wanted me to be happy and wanted to make them perfect for me. The pain wasn’t as bad as I expected (she numbs the area) and my eyebrows came out perfectly. Her prices were fair but were not overly expensive either. They turned out really well and I had no problems whatsoever, with the healing process. I did exactly what she told me to do though. My husband said that I should have had it done a long time ago and I have had nothing but compliments from others. I also went back to see her approximately 5 – 6 weeks later because I wanted my brows to be a little darker and the shape to be a little thicker. Again, they came out even more perfect than the first time. I highly recommend Debbie. She’s professional, everything is clean and she has a high standard of excellence for her clients! Not sure why there are any negative reviews at all on here! I have had nothing but a perfect experience.

I found Debbie through a few girlfriends of mine that has had their eyeliner done. I was so pleased with the results, I wake up and my eyeliner is perfect. I wish I would have done this many years ago. Now there is a whole group of us that has had our permanent make up done with Debbie. I would recommend her to anyone. Her 20 years experience and her beautiful spacious office really makes you feel comfortable

Debbie did my eyebrow, on October 2, 2015 and she did an excellent job. I love the work on my eyebrow, because I had no hair on my eyebrow and know i have eyebrow. I text all my friend with a picture of my eyebrow, and they all text back and say Beautiful work Debbie did.

I have had my eye liner done for years in Northern CA. I decided to read the reviews on Debbie.
I went to her over a years ago, and I left with bruised eyes that took 30 days to heal. I called Debbie and even sent her the horrible pictures and she says. «I have been doing this for 25 years and never saw anything like it.»
Every person is an individual case by case. I did tell her I was sensitive ahead of time,
it was one the worse worst experience!!!

Debbie is so sweet and has incredible expertise. She kept me relaxed during the procedure, I got my eyebrows done by the way, she did a wonderful job I recommend her to anyone who wants permanent make up. Mine turned out so well and I’m so happy I don’t have to pencil them and shape them anymore. She has been doing this for a long time and that’s what you want when getting anything done permanently. She also has written a book for the industry, which is a plus. It was done fast and virtually pain free and done well. If your looking to have it done right go to her!!!

I have been going to Debbie for almost ten years. I love having my brows done as they don’t grow in, with a good shape. She shaped them perfectly and this saved me so much time in the morning. I did not find the procedure to be painful at all. She has always offered, even during touch ups, to add more numbing cream if I wanted. I am very happy with my brows!
I also had my lips and lip liner done and I love waking up in the morning with a healthy color on my lips. They normally are very blah without lipstick. It is great to go swimming as well, without worrying about smeared lip liner etc. I did find that to be a bit more painful. This makes sense as there are sooooo many nerve endings in the lips. It was still worth the small amount of discomfort to have the benefits of permanent makeup on my lips! I have to also say she concocted a beautiful shade of pink for my lips that I LOVE!

OMG, Debbie is awesome. She did my eyeliner about 3 years ago and it is still looking great. I recently took the plunge and had my eyebrows done as well.
I LOVE, LOVE the ease of getting myself ready for the day every morning. I also got eyelash extensions done soon after, referred by Debbie. My morning face routine takes about 5 minutes or less. I’ve referred 5 of my friends who also had their permanent make-​up and lashes done and they love the results as well. Remember to wear sunscreen, as it can fade a tad, just like tattoos, specially the areas that are more visible to the sun.
Overall, I would do it all and over again. It is totally worth the little bit of discomfort vs. the long term outcome. Debbie is the best in OC, fast, experienced and very professional.

Just got done with a touch up and my brows look amazing. I’ve actually gotten my brows, eyes and lips done since my last review and it’s honestly been the best thing I’ve ever done. Debbie has always been super helpful and always answered all of my questions I’ve had about the procedures (trust me, I had a lot). Overall, great experience.

After doing a lot of research, asking around and wanting this for years I finally found Debbie. When I arrived she was ready for me and gave me a book to look at different pics of various styles of eyebrows. We talked extensively about what I liked and didn’t like, arch or no arch, etc. Measuring and re-​measuring done with me approving every step of the way. When I arrived I wasn’t sure if I could do the eyebrows, eyeliner & lipliner due to the cost. Well, after she was done with my brows I could see such a difference that I went for it. Again, Debbie took the time to review the pigment for my lips and remixed the color several times because I wanted such a specific color. She was super patient, helpful and kind. I now think of Debbie as an artist. She’s very supportive during each procedure, stopped and gave me a little break when I needed it. It’s been less than a week, but no red or orange brows. The brows look great! I’m very happy. My lip liner looks great too and the eyeliner gives my eyes just a slight pop that looks very natural. Now that my brows have faded a touch I am very happy with them. (In the beginning they are very dark because tatoos fade). But now they are the perfect shape and color! I will be back in 3 weeks as I want eyeliner under my eyes too and I cannot recommend Debbie more. I’m glad to have found her!

A week after my eyebrows were done I noticed they were not matching in color and the end of one of them was too narrow. I called to have her fix this and she said she would charge me for a touch-​up. This was NOT a touch up it was a fix the original job. Professionals stand by their work and are usually happy to make a customer happy. She worked on my eyebrows many times before. I was not happy this time and I would not recommend her.

I just went for a touch up on my brows eyeliner and lips and like always I was 100% satisfied. I also brought with me a girlfriend that had her brows, eyeliner and full lip for the first time and she couldnt be happier. I have referred litterally at least a dozen people to Debbie and everyone had an amazing experience. Thank you Debbie you are the best!!!

I’m a medical esthetician and model. Both my mother and I had great results from Debbie. I own a spa and have had nothing but good feed back from my clients I referred to her. My eyebrows are matching and a perfect color!

I had the best experience with Deborah! Permanent eyeliner was pain free, completely pain free! I do have to go back in two weeks for my touch up — but only because my eyes swelled and for safety she stopped the procedure. I was there about two hours and she took her time making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. I had the same procedure done about 15 years ago at a different facility — was happy with those results so I wanted it done again! FYI — permanent eyeliner lasts 1 – 5 years and does fade, so touch ups are necessary. Thank you Deborah!

I got my eyebrows done here. I did my research before coming here and this place came highly suggested by all my friends. I’m so glad i took their advice because they came out PERFECT! I love them and I don’t let anyone go anywhere else! Its very clean, everyone was SOOO nice and super knowledgeable and she was so patient answering all of my questions. Shes professional and truly cares about her clients and I cant wait to go back and get my eyeliner done!!!

I went to Debbie around 6 months ago for eyebrows. I had the worst experience ever because my eyebrows turned orange! When I researched further come to find out she uses pigments that fade and change color so you have to go back to her every 6 months for a so-​called touchup. This woman is advertised everywhere and I feel really bad that others have gone through the same thing.

I went there recently and had my eyebrows done. It was okay. She first greeted me in the lobby and put some of the numbing cream on my eyebrows. Then she did not come and get me right away so by the time she started tattooing my eyebrows, I was in extreme pain. She had to stop and put more numbing cream. Her desk is really messy and that is where she keeps all her tools. Not sure that is the best way to keep things clean.

I had my eyebrows done by Debbie recently and I love them! The work is clean, she was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me about the aftercare very well. The customer service I received from beginning to end was superb and I will definitely return if I need anything else done:)

I’ve always wanted to get my eyes done so I can wake-​up and go! Debbie was professional and understanding of how sensitive messing around my eyeballs was for me. I am a squirmer when it comes to people who come near my eyes for anything. She was able to talk to me and calm me while undergoing her procedure. The job she did for me was outstanding and I no longer have to be rushed to put eyeliner on while driving to work on the morning :)! I recommend Permanent Make-​up by Debbie!
