I did my nails for prom and it came out amazing! The prices are reasonable and the workers do a great job.

I have been excusing this salon for the horrible service by Stephanie for many months. Last month I made an appt for the day before an event for both my daughter & I. When we arrived we were told by Stephanie that they could only do one of us because they sent someone home. She proceeded to do my daughters nails and once finished she said she could do my fill real quick even though they were closing. Real quick turned into an hour of her telling me I should get gels after telling my daughter the same thing the entire time she was doing her full set. I told her several times I didn’t want to pay an additional $ 10 but she continued to push gels. When she was almost done with my fill I reminded her (again) that I needed to have the length very short. She told me my nails would look «ugly» short. I told her I type a lot & need them short. She never listened even after me telling her point blank to make them shorter. I was almost in tears of frustration! Then towards the end one of her friends came in & Stephanie wanted to close up shop so she told her friend to polish my nails while she cleaned the shop. She never asked me if it was ok or even told me. After watching the friend fumble around with polishing my nails I asked her if she even worked there. I was thinking it was her day off but She said she owned a business in LA, not a nail salon! She did such a bad job polishing my nails & Stephanie did such a horrible job on my fill. She left a big gap at my cuticle & the acrylic was thick & uneven. It was at that moment I decided to stop making excuses for Stephanie After each visit & NEVER return to that salon! This bad experience was not an isolated case. Three weeks prior I came in for my appt for a fill & pedicure and again short staffed so after my fill (again randomly done by Stephanie) was done I was still waiting for my pedicure when a walk-​in customer came in for a pedicure. Stephanie seated her & within 5 minutes they were doing her pedicure while I was still left sitting there for another 30 minutes. I asked if someone was going to do mine & Stephanie said another few minutes. That few minutes turned into 20! My 1 hour appt turned into 2 hours & 15 minutes & the walk-​in was long gone before me. Bottom line is that Stephanie is horrible at her craft and rude and doesn’t do what you ask for. If this salon cared about their customers and business they would read this, observe & quickly fire Stephanie but I have a feeling they don’t care & will just eventually go out of business. The only reason I continued coming here for so long was convenience but There are far too many salons in the LF & FR area to pay for bad service.

worst place ever!!! i had a wedding to go to so i stopped here for gel nails and pedicure, there was a groupon at the time gel nails for $ 18, i didnt buy it bc in my line of work we have groupons and you get very little $, so i was going to pay this rip off place directly, the lady kept saying oh no that not gel best price $ 55 nail and reg pedicure feet i said i want pink and white oh $ 5 more. i said ok well what about your $ 5 off coupon online no cant use.
long story short i did pink and white gel nails and reg pink white feet i paid $ 65 bucks. still tipped both the laides good but knew i was getting ripped off. since this was last minute i did not have many options.
as im driving to wedding 2 nails cracked (the gel not my actual nail)
anyhow my nails were beond tore up i called complained next day even told them i would send pics. bc of long hours i work was hard to make time to go back in ect… i wanted my $ back for my nails only**** manager called me back oh we dont do refund but you can come baccck we will do again. i dont have time to go sit in a salon while the staff talks shit and have some lady take over an hour fixing this crap. was a huge loss.
but my feet lasted go figure and they were not even gel…
do not go here… worst place everrrrrrrrrrr

My neighbor and I used a Groupon and tried this place for the first time. $ 41 for 2 shellac manicures. We had to pay extra to have our old polish removed and less then 1hr after leaving my nails started to bubble. I have never had that happen before at my current place. I will try it once more since we each bought a groupon special. Hoping it’s not going to bubble the 2^nd time around.

I came here on February 20 after purchasing the shellac manicure groupon. I am truly baffled as to why the rating is not higher. I decided to wait to write this review to see how long my gel manicure would last, and I’m happy to say it has been almost three weeks and there has been absolutely no chipping/​peeling! I came here with a friend and she reported the same! The lady who helped me was very nice and friendly and spent a lot of time on my nails. When I have gotten gel manicures before at other salons, they only usually put a couple of coats on. However, this time she put at least three if not 4 coats of nail polish. Plus even the regular price cannot be beat at $ 23!!! I will definitely be back

I just had my nails done by Tammy and she is absolutely the best! She took so much time in making sure my French gel tip was the perfect thickness and length. I loved her personality and her diligence in taking care of the overall cleanliness of my nail. I will definitely be back again, thanks Tammy!

Best prices in Mission Viejo. Great service. The ladies who work here always make sure I get the best work done. Stephanie and Mimi are my favorites but no one here disappoints.

These are the nicest ladies in town and they do a great job for a very reasonable price. Stephanie is amazing. I drive out of my way to come here. The shop is very clean and fresh. When I was going through chemo last year, Stephanie ordered special plastic wraps for the tub in the pedicure chair. A few years ago when I got married, they did my whole wedding party and out of town guests. Everyone raved at how inexpensive they were and how great their nails turned out. I give this location of The Finest Nails my highest recommendation not only for the quality of the manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing but also for the outstanding customer service.

Bought a groupon to come try this place out, it was nice, clean, no wait time when i walked in. The staff is all friendly vietnamese ladies and they did a good job on gel nails. I would come here again. I have been twice since then once got stephanie and the other time tammy both good technicians.

I bought a groupon to try the salon out. I had 2 shellac gel manicures. The first one I was very happy. The second one, however, was a disaster. It started chipping 2 days later (these polishes are supposed to last 10 – 14 days!). Once I finally had time to come in I was told that it’s been too long and I should have come within 3 days after the manicure. Even if I had done that, I would still have 5 more nails chipped by now. She only offered services for charge. I am never coming back. And it’s not like they were busy! There was only one customer in there!!! Save your hard earned cash and go to a better salon.

I come here because it’s close by work and with groupon, sometimes it’s a good deal. I’ve had Stephanie a couple of times and she does a nice job. They use to put sun screen in your hands and then they stopped. The color selection is ok, not the best and it’s not the most meticulous job but decent. I’ve come 3 – 4 times now.
Christmas Eve I brought my sister for a test for us to get a gel manicure. I have to say, it was the fastest job ever! We were literally in & out in 30 – 40 minutes tops. My sister had a guy which I’ve never had. He was rough & cut my sister’s cuticle too short. Poor thing since it was her first time. I should have swapped person for her.
I go because I like the price & location is convient but pass on the guy. Stick with the girls.

I came in for a gel polish change and was talked into getting a pedicure which wasn’t a bad price so I said why not.
But then when I got the color chosen for the job the man who was doing it for me kept on asking me for a different color and then I realized after someone else explained it for me it was because someone else had was already using that color so it was not available. So I chose something similar to it which was not a huge deal. When the took the gel off he was rough and then when he put the first cost I felt like he was rushing because he did not want me to leave my nail in the UV light for the full time. The lady who did my toes did a good job overall. I felt like it wasn’t the greatest place I’ve gone but it wasn’t so bad either. Will I come back again? Maybe because they are so cheap but I’d rather go to luxe nails in RSM for people who can communicate better and for a more calm and pampering environment for probably $ 10 more.

I haven’t had my nails done in so long so I decided to stop by this nail salon after work since it was close to my house. I was greeted by Stephanie who is the manager. I went for a gel manicure and deluxe spa pedicure. My nail technicians were Henry and Anna. Anna worked on my feet and Henry did my manicure. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They took their time with me and were careful, making sure everything was perfect. Anna helped me pick a light baby pink and did a great foot massage and callous removal. She even put my the flip flops on my feet. Henry was very good at doing gel and made sure each finger was painted evenly.
I highly recommend this nail salon because of the friendly staff and professionalism. I love my nails.

I have been coming here for over a year… I’m very picky about my cuticles been done well and my ingrown toe nail being removed. They take good care of me every time! The girls are always very attentive, the place is always clean and my nails always look great! Highly recommend this salon!

Stephanie and Danny are both awesome, friendly and patient.
They open a new set of tools in front of you and the place is clean. They have complimentary cold water bottles (upon request)
Gel manicure is $ 23 or they have a groupon deal. The massage is relaxing and lasts a good 2 minutes or so and they use a hot towel afterwards.

I was taught at a young age that once you find a great service you become a patron and return! and if you can, always go to them so that you can have a long relationship… I’ve been coming here now since I was pregnant with my son who’s almost 3… Now I know some folks have had some issues, and sh#%t happens sometimes… These are HUMANS providing a service, if they are being too rough or hard on you, or if water is too hot or cold, just tell them… Be smart about your decisions, like getting waxed, or picking colors… Some brands of polish are not as good as the others, ask and they will recommend a good color if you’re rough on your hands like I am, I only use CND, the gelish brand doesn’t last as long… That’s NOT their fault, people want colors, they provide a variety… So be picky and let the girls here know what you want and are looking for, I have a feeling they will exceed your expectations!

My mom and I had spa services done yesterday at this location. One of the services being eyebrow waxing. These are photos of the blistering on both of us! Do not get waxing done here!!! My eye is bruised and swollen. I called and they said it was because I said I was sunburnt. I never said anything about being sunburnt. Only said I had been crying!

If your ever in Lake Forest, this is the place to go. Very clean, friendly and good prices.
Stephanie was the girl who helped me and she was fantastic ! I would go again!
