I had an encounter with an employee named Mike (although he could’ve very well given me a fake name). He was the absoulute worst! Dear owner of this establishment, «Mike» is the type of employee you don’t want working for you! «Mike»… I hope you become a civilized individual one day.
Monica, on the other hand, was extremely helpful and professional. More power to you, Monica!

We needed a flatbed to get our car from Lake Forrest area to Anaheim. Usually one requests a flatbed if their car is lower or for whatever reason. AAA said no problem and said they would a flatbed. Apparently Mission Viejo towing decides among themselves that we do not need a flatbed based on our car specifics. What they failed to realize is, there is a reason for everything. We needed a flatbed because of the tow hitch on the back of our car. Our car scrapes the bottom with a regular tow. Just like when we tow the race car, we always request a flatbed. No other tow company has questioned why, we needed a flatbed, they just send it. So another epic fail and let down.

I wish I could give no stars. I was driving on the 55 freeway in orange and one of the company towing trucks was driving recklessly, cutting me off along with others on the road. He was towing a black Hyundai mini suv. It was just ridiculous and very dangerous.

Gabriel was great he was professional and took extra care when towing my car last night thanks bro!

I always have a great experience when I have mission viejo towing to assist me, everyone is so nice, from the times when I had called them, they are very good at what they do and get the job done safely and quickly, highly recommended!

I am not sure about the reviews stating that the employees of this towing company are in any way professional. We had to deal with lauro. She is as far from professional you can get, unless you are possibly dealing with a street hooker.
My friends car was towed from in front of my house. Being from the east coast, I am not sure of how or why a homeOWNERS association would ever decide that the the homeowners and or their guest’s cars should be towed if parked legally on the street in front of the house THAT I OWN. But I guess welcome to California.
So my friend left his car in front of my house from where it was towed by mission veijo towing. Due to extenuating circumstances, my friend did not realize that it was towed for 24 hours. mv towing wanted $ 420 in charges.
As a lawyer I checked the code as this seemed ridiculously excessive. Accordingly I requested an itemized invoice and access notice prior to payment. Lauro refused to give this information and demanded to be paid in cash (also a violation of our rights pursuant to the code). She then flat out refused to take my credit card and therefore return my friends car. All extremely scammy imo.
Because this whole scene was so sketchy my friend ended up calling the police. I ended up giving Lauro $ 420 in cash just to get the car back so we wouldn’t have to return with a sacrificial lamb, my first born and 10 pints of blood with an additional fee a following day.
The receipt she finally did give seemed hardly in compliance with the CA code. In addition Lauro had to be asked repeatedly for the access notice which she finally printed off of the CA code (with all the additional sections which she had just blatantly violated). Furthermore, she charged for three days storage despite the fact that they had towed the vehicle approximately 35 hours earlier. Again, a total scam and I am so happy that I pay HOA dues allowing these scumbags into my community.
My favorite part of this transaction is when Lauro, hardly a supermodel or literary genius to say the least, advised me that I have too much Botox (none) and that i am illiterate (despite graduating from college and then law school). But I guess working in a tow yard makes her the expert.
In conclusion I am so happy that i purchased a home in my lovely community. I am looking forward to revisiting this situation in court. I am hoping Lauro can provide more advise on my physical appearance and intellectual prowess.

One of my work vans was stuck on the 91 this morning in the middle of traffic while it was raining. I called numerous companies and you guys are the only one that didn’t try to take advantage of the situation.
Everyone else quoted over $ 500 and a minimum of a four hour wait.
You guys arrived when you said you would and the price was very reasonable.
From now on you will be the only one we call when one of our fleet vehicles has problems.

I seriously had the best service EVER today with this towing company through AAA.
Ray was very nice and accommodating. My van was not the most expensive of cars and definitely not new but he took care of it and even noticed a flat and put it on a instant flat bed for extra care. Turns out this He is only 18! He could really teach some jerks out there true customer service! He really went to go to do what he was suppose to go to do ! I needed my car towed to a body shop and called them. The woman on the phone was very polite and professional. She had a tow truck driver at my house within 30 mins, which was perfect for me. The driver was really nice and was careful when loading my car up on the flatbed. I needed to stop by a bank which was out of the way and he was totally cool about it. Got to the body shop and unloaded my car and he was on his way. They’ve definitely come a long way judging from the previous reviews. I will definitely use their services in the future, if needed.

Our car was towed from our housing area recently (we didn’t understand the parking rules) by Mission Viejo Towing and we didn’t realize it until a few days had passed.
A number of reviews mention that their office is down an «alley» and, yes, it was at the end of what I would call a private road but the area felt comfortable to me. (If you’re trying to find their office, look for the sign out on the road then walk straight back (a storage facility will be on your right) and look for the small blue house on the left at the end of the pavement.)
To say that I’m a fan is stretching it, but, really, the person who helped us was polite and professional and I’d give him four stars. We worried that retrieving the car might be a nightmare of an experience but it was actually quite pleasant despite the fact that we were paying a hefty number of unexpected fees.

Unfortunately this review isn’t a good one.
After being turned down by AAA (long story) Tino showed up to help me out. My vehicle had a broken ball joint which caused my front wheel to detach and fall under my car. Tino showed up, promptly lifted my car and everything seemed good until he set it down again rather roughly might I add before repositioning the lift. I immediately notice the wheel shifted so that it was now crammed in the fender and pointed it out to him. Once he «assured» me that it was like that he finished securing my car. He offered me a ride to the shop which was no more than 2 blocks thankfully but there was already a rather large passenger with him so I opted out. Anyways we arrived at the shop and it was at this point that one of the shop tech pointed out that he was towing my vehicle improperly, no rolling dolly under the rear wheels, this can damage the transmission. He put my vehicle in their shop and split in minutes. When I came back later in the day to review the repair invoice there was evidence and more damage caused to the gander and its inner lining. It now is completely out of alignment and the plastic is torn to shreds. Keep in mind my toe was less that a half mile. I contacted the agency next day to file a small complaint and that was fine but when I was contacted today the supervisor, Mike, straight spit in my face! «It’s funny what stories people will make up to get out of paying for things.» With multiple witnesses on my side and photos of the whole process let’s see how long this takes to get figured out but for now I can only recommend to save yourself the headache and choose a more respectful agency.

They’re very rude people. They always try to get more money out of the tow. Very unprofessional!

This company is scam. First I saw my car, my car was not attached with their truck, and my apartment said my car is fine since my car was still in parking lot. But 2guys were laughing at me and they attached my car with their truck when I talked with them. And they said «it’s too late» to me and took my car in front of me (they are still laughing) they are not professional and they are super rude!!! I hope this company will be closed soon.

Unfortunately, I had my car towed for parking in the wrong zone. Went to pick up my car at Mission Viejo Towing and I couldn’t even find an entrance, it is basically an alley. When I finally got in, the front office girl wouldn’t even put her burrito down to help me. Real professional! The supposed owner was menacing and completely rude when I asked if they would take a credit card instead of their «preferred method» of cash. I have never met anyone so rude! I will never voluntarily use this company if the need arises. Pray you never have to go there after dark, I didn’t realize that south Orange County had areas that are so scummy!

I have had the misfortune to need towing service several times recently, MV Towing was recommended and I have been very happy with their service. The pricing was reasonable, they arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and were polite and quick about their business. That said. I hope I never need them again, but in case I do, they’re in my phone.

Trust me, you will never be desperate enough to use this towing yard. Watching them move cars around in the yard was just plain terrifying. This business is not even in Mission Viejo. It’s in an alley in Lake Forest. It looks like more of a wrecking yard. Scary, unprofessional people too.
