Established in 2008.
September 2008 — «It’s Sugar-Free!» That’s the motto of the Bye Bye Sugar Bakery, a unique new business that has opened in Lake Forest, California. Owned and operated by local residents Han Lam and Doanh Tran, the Bye Bye Sugar Bakery offers delicious cakes, pies, pastries, cookies, candies, chocolates, smoothies, and frozen yogurt. .. all made without sugar.
The owners of Bye Bye Sugar see their bakery not only as a business, but also as a mission for good health. Co-owner Han Lam stated, «Several members of my family have diabetes and they always wanted good tasting, sugar-free treats, which we couldn’t find very often. When I learned about baking without sugar, I decided to open a bakery.»
Bye Bye Sugar Bakery sells pies and cakes whole and by the slice, as well as individual cupcakes, pinwheels, scones, brownies, éclairs, and other bakery favorites. Bye Bye Sugar Bakery also takes custom orders for decorated birthday cakes.
