Don’t visit this horrible disgusting place. Two bugs in my beer, ignorant management just kept offering me more beer, no I don’t want more of your crappy, unsanitary beer. The poor servers are over worked and agreed with me when I said their management was a joke! If you want a fun sports bar and place to play pool go to dailys. Way more reasonable and clean

Big shots is fun to come to their country nights on Wednesday and Sunday– note that now they charge a $ 10 cover charge after 10pm if you are under 21. I think it may be time for this place to get a face lift with a larger patio (which is packed) and the bathrooms are pretty gross!

Place is fun because of the billiards and good service from the female waitresses. The male «bouncer» thats chubby and hispanic looking was extremely rude. One thing thats keeping me from giving full 5 stars. Watch who you hire. Beer selection isn’t the best either. Also when more of a younger crowd is inside, change the music from 50’s music to something a little more modern for god’s sake.

I literally cannot stand this place. I’ve been here twice now and both times the entire place was filled with teenagers who hate Obama and they chanted about it. It’s enough for me to NEVER come back

I go here for Sunday morning football. Being a Bengals fan, I know I can always see the game bc they have so many tvs. The bartender, Katie, is great, friendly and efficient. You can’t beat $ 2.00 mimosas which are strong, $ 2.00 chili dogs and $ 1.00 pizza slices and regular hot dogs. Plus they have a pretty good breakfast menu and you get A LOT of food. I love this place – it’s like Cheer’s. I go every time my Bengals are playing in the morning even though I could go to closer places to watch the game bc of the service and prices.
And again Katie rocks! Glad the management checks the reviews and word of my previous review made it to her. She’s a keeper!

Racist Bartender and shitty, unclear rules on how to reserve a table sure ruined our Friday night.
Went to get an extra glass for the pitcher we ordered and was left to deal with this Racist Pig of a Bartender as the female bartender was busy on the other end. While standing at the bar, waiting for him to ask me what I need (I know Bartenders are busy so I’m willing to chill until they have the time), three other white gentleman come up to my side to wait for his services as well. I know for a fact he saw me waiting there first. Well guess who got served first, second, and third… here’s a hint, it wasn’t me. After getting the other three gentleman drinks he decides to start cleaning his station with me still standing in front at him, staring at him in disbelief that their are still ass clowns like this guy. Do note that I did try to get his attention once. The female bartender finally noticed me just standing there and ran over to grab me the glass that took 10 minutes to retrieve.
The Servers/​Bussers were a different story as they were very friendly and were helpful in explaining to us what we need to do to get a table. «It doesn’t matter if you wrote you name on the reservation board, you’ll never get a table that way. What you want to do is follow the guy returning the balls and sticks and grab it once he sets it down on the counter. It’s first come, first serve.“This would’ve been very helpful to know 45 minutes ago. After many tries, when a table was finally acquired we only had time to get through one game before they dimmed the lights and kicked everyone out 30 minutes prior to closing.
There were also families there with their little children running around freely. What better place to spend time with your family at 1 AM than to neglect your children to play pool and have them run around drunk people vaping indoors.
The Men’s bathroom was a dump that I’m sure would feel like home if you were Smeagle/​Gollum but no human being should be subjected to such horror.
Yeah…you’ll have to drag my dead body in if you want me to step foot in this place again.

Plenty of room to play. Nice bar. Tvs everywhere. Friendly staff. I’m not a regular here but I know friends who are. They like it and if I’m ever back up here. I’ll go back

Your bigger male bartender is mean. I asked for two shots of Jack Daniels fire and he gave us fireball shots. When I asked for him to give us our correct order, he said no because he heard us say «fireball» then proceeded to ignore us for the rest of the night.

This place is great. I go there Wednesday and Sunday nights for country dancing, and while the dance floor isn’t quite big enough, the dj’s are great, and so are the drinks. Highly recommend you come check it out.

Well I am happy to say that they’ve re-​done the outdoor tables. Much better!!! Also, for those complaining about the pool tables, Chance is constantly replacing the felt because you guys treat the tables like crap. So treat them better.
Finally, everyone who works there is very nice. They also have loads of TV’s to watch the games, and you get a ton of food for what you pay for, and they have daily specials and a great happy hour, live bands on the weekend… well you get the picture.

Music was kinda broke back mountain but the waitress we got was a cute Brunette and id love to stay longer if I wasn’t on a date. Food was pretty good for a bar. If u like to play pool this is a place to check out.

Always here to play some pool with friends or just to hang out with a pitcher in hand. Waitresses take forever to get food and drink orders back to you and bartenders are always busy. Would recommend to just wait at the bar for any drink order. Waitresses take at least 20 min to return (they always forget). But other than great vibe and great happy hour prices.

Worst customer service ever. Waitress took her time with our drinks and taking our order as I watched her take priority on other tables. never coming here again.

Sunday and Wednesday nights are great for line dancing, but smoking e-​cigs indoors is illegal in California, and no one seems to be enforcing that. Can hardly see the pool tables through all the haze from vapes.

This is the place to go, if you’re between the ages of 21 and 28 on a Wednesday or Sunday night for country dancing. Although the sound system was weak the floor was packed with great dancing.
Ordered the chicken strips and fries, not impressed with the food at all, I’d actually rate it a two on food. The place is only moderately maintained but overall an average place to go hang out.

Definitely a place to check out!

If you want to go out with some friends, play a fun game of pool in a nice pool hall with excellent service, this is not the place! I have been here a few times, and for some reason (I have no idea why at this point) always come back to give it another chance.
The reason I am only giving two stars is cause the service was horrible, The waitress seem to like to talk to one another then provide good service. Also, I feel like this part of Lake Forest is starting to go down hill. The patrons at this bar are not the type of people i would normally associate myself with and i feel like its that part of lake forest where all these undesirables are coming from. Over all this place is «ehhhh» in my book.

I read the reviews after we ordered our food. But I was surprised when the food was delivered. It want bad. The 4 of us had a chili dog, pizza, philly steak and sausage sandwich. All of them were well cooked and delicious. Surprise!
We are here on a Saturday afternoon and the only people eating. Looks like hopping place in the evening.
Checked out the restroom. I give it a 2. Don’t sit down.

Bigshots Billiards Bar & Grill is your go to Bar in Lake Forest for a broke ass Billiards hall experience.
I have a friend that lives nearby that wanted to grab a cocktail and suggested we try this place as he heard it has a nice local vibe. If that is the case, the chances are slim that I will ever live in Lake Forest. The male to female ratio was at 10:1 or worse and the music selection was Classic Rock and Country with a few Nu-​Metal songs thrown in for good measure. The motif is simple, wall to wall garbage with pool tables in rough shape available plausibly for armament in the event of a bar fight.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms are somewhere between disgusting and sickening. While I was washing my hands two thugged out looking guys were taking turns doing lines of blow or meth off of the toilet tank. I am pretty sure that was less than sanitary. They were cool enough to offer me some, which I passed on but thanked them for their generosity.
The clientele was a mash up of the «HB Bro» type, derelicts and an occasional Bike gang member. Sorry, Bike Club member. We were clearly out of place but made the most of it. The bartenders seem to identify well with the crowd and the service is gruff at best but they sell ice cold beer. The beer offerings are big box domestics, this is not a craft brew crowd at all. One plus is that they have a great deck overlooking a strip mall parking lot and even some lines of sight at scenic El Toro Road for your pleasure.
They also offer food but you would be certifiably insane to eat at Bigshots after seeing the state of the bathrooms. If you are willing to look over these shortcomings, Bigshots Billiards Bar & Grill could be your kind of place.
