This is in the heart of Disney Hollywood and let me tell you, if you like sweets you need to come here quickly. Drop the newspaper or Ipad and run your bottoms over here and buy some candy. I bought a Mickey Mouse cake on a stick and my gf the macaroon which were both fantastic. I have a huge sweet tooth and this place took care of the craving. It’s a little pricey, but worth it and they have a huge lineup of goods. The candy apples looked great, but I ended up not getting one. This place also smells great. Thumbs up.

Wowzers! Do yourself a favor and go here for one of the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies… they are heaven!!! Other than this they have lots of goodies, candied apples, packaged treats, mix your own M&M colors by the pound and more! You can see the apples as they are prepared, and as a bonus they are connected to the Villians store so there is plenty of merchandise such as shirts, etc to browse without even stepping out onto the crowded street area.

The prices are expensive but this is the place to go for a sugar overload. Here you will find a small bakery and candy galore! They also have a gift shop with other Disney merchandise.

Mickey rice krispy treat with chocolate chips is total sugar overload! Definitely not easy for one person to defeat! You can get lots of different sweet treats if you are craving for some sweet dessert! From gourmet candy apples to giant size cookies! This place is attached to the Villians store.

Sweet Spells is located in Hollywood Studios. You’ll find it on the street that leads you down to The Tower of Terror and Aerosmith’s Rock ‘N Roller Coaster. it’s not huge like The Confectionary at The Magic Kingdom and doesn’t have quite as many options, but it certainly gets the job done! There are Jelly Belly Jelly Beans you can purchase per the quarter pound(I just LOVE the popcorn flavoured beans) and also the tubes of sour powder you can fill yourself. There are lollipops that range in size from small to as big as your head. You’ll also find bags of goodness like Chip and Dale’s Trail Mix, Pretzels, etc. As well as some of Goofy’s various bagged candy. You’ll find all the various yummy candied/caramel/chocolate dipped apples here. And let’s not forget about the many Mickey Icon shaped items like the rice crispy treats(you can even find them dipped in chocolate. These days, since macarons have become so very, very popular, you’ll even find huge macarons in the Mickey Icon shape! Because the store is small, you may find yourself feeling boxed in here. it can become quite difficult to move around. If it’s busy and you have a stroller, you might want to considering picking baby or toddler up and leaving the stroller outside. Trying to move around in here with a stroller can quickly become your worst nightmare. Also, because it’s small and stays very busy, you may find yourself in a very long line to get something from behind the case(like one of the aforementioned macarons or apples). If you are wanting something from behind the case, definitely bring your patience when you walk inside here and it’s peak season. This is also a shop where you can find one of the coolers that carry bottled water and sodas. I’m mainly mentioned this so annual passholders know b/c if purchased in a merchandise shop, they quality for the annual passholder discount. If your sweet tooth is nudging you, there is no doubt you’ll find the perfect thing in this shop to cure it!

I wish they hadn’t downsized so much of the villians department of this store, but I guess the sweets and nightmare before christmas were selling more than anything. sigh. The bakery is divine, and they have candied apples to match whatever mood you’re in. It is also one of the few places you can get the marshmallow sticks that are covered in candies. I stop in here whether I’m looking for a sweet treat or not because they always have something new in the display case that blows my mind. No, I don’t NEED a carrot cake whoopie pie the size of my head, but it sure does look good!

Disney has put their name on just about everything. From cruise ships to islands, hotels, dishware, t-shirts and now, baked goods and candy. In Sweet Spells, expect your mouth to water and your tongue to wag. Well maybe not really but Pluto’s would I’m sure. One of the first items I noticed was a milk chocolate countdown to Christmas calendar. This way, you could watch the days near while enjoying a daily sweet treat. They also have a line of snack mixes bearing the names of Chip & Dale. M & Ms have a presence with bulk bins. Thus you could mix and match their colors just like you can in the signature M & M stores. You’ll also find gourmet jelly beans that rival Jelly Belly but are named after Goofy instead. One of my favorite finds included hot cocoa that changes color when it’s been added to water. If you would like for your hot chocolate to be pink, simply purchase Sleeping Beauty’s version for $ 6.99 a canister. Other characters had different colors and if you wanted a few choices they offer gift sets. Lemonade also comes this way as well. In the baked goods department they offer the biggest cookies I think I’ve ever seen! They easily were the size of a small plate and cost only $ 2.95. The white chocolate macadamia nut seemed to be a popular flavor and was the largest of all. They also do cotton candy and chocolate covered apples. For $ 4 you could buy a chocolate covered apple that’s rolled in Reese’s Pieces. Talk about a sweet spell being cast…
