Tim is awesome! When I moved into my previous apartment, he mixed his «magic enzymes» into the carpet cleaner and got rid of some really nasty odors in my carpet! :-) Now I’m using him again… I just moved into a house, and after a few days started noticing some unpleasant cat odors from the previous tenant. I knew exactly who to call to get rid of them! He is here now, going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is clean and smelling fresh. :-) Thank you Tim! You rock! :-)

Tim did the most awesome job on our carpet. Just moved in, thought the old stains would never come out. Everyone of them gone!!! Saved us from having to buy all new carpet. He was on time. Will definitely recommend him and be calling him again!

Tim is the man. Came to our house in Crestline with years and years of abuse on the carpets. Everything from candle wax on the carpet to set stains from bleach and paint. Tim came in and did the whole house in 2 hours and I felt like we had new carpet laid in. House and the family are happy campers.

Excellent service, they were able to squeeze us into the schedule despite being fully booked, fantastic pricing, and amazing results. We were considering purchasing new carpet because it was so badly stained by indoor construction projects over the last 4 years and a 2 year old Great Dane. When they finished, our carpet looked brand new. What would have cost us $ 2000 to replace; cost less than $ 200 to clean! I am so thrilled with the results. I wish I took before and after pictures but I only have the after pictures to share.

Wow, our carpets came out amazing. We had some pretty bad salad dressing stains on grey carpet and they all came out. Aside from being very clean, the carpets smelled awesome. Great service, great prices, I highly recommend the King of Steam.

Was able to fit us in the day we called and did wonders with the carpeting in a just purchased home. The rugs were pretty gross and I thought for sure I’d have to replace everything … thankfully that wasn’t the case! Definitely would recommend the King of Steam Carpet Cleaning.

What an expert job! My carpet was very soiled and covered in dog hair and Tim took it on like a champ. My carpet is now brighter in color and fluffier thanks to TIm. There is a different guy on the mountain who I called first and he tried to tell me he has a monopoly on Carpet Companies and not to call anyone else. I am sure happy that I did not listen to him because King of Steam is local on the mountain and they do a great great job! Will hire again.
