Had 75 min couple massage. The girls were great. It was an Ah-​Mazing experience. The only reason why I gave 4 star is because I didn’t like the selection of instrumental music. For most part there wasn’t any music to select from either just one that didn’t give me the complete peace of mind.
Pay by cash for a better deal.

Pa and Jojo are AMAZING! PLEASE ask for them! I am not a fan of Liz and Stephanie because I found them to be a bit passive aggressive with their tone of voice but I LOVED the massage team. I hope they get paid well for what they do because they MAKE that place what it is!
Also, PLEASE don’t judge the inside of the actual massage rooms. They aren’t like the rooms you have seen at the resorts but I’ve paid over $ 400 for massages before at the Hyatt and it was just okay — this place came out to $ 180 for 2 people and it was AMAZING! My husband and I left feeling so incredibly refreshed!

Very relaxing! My husband and I had great experience with the rejuvenation package for couples. The therapists were great, caring and professional.

We went to the kihei location for a couples massage on the beach. It was private and beautiful with a view of the west maui mountains. Our therapists were Carol and Tatiana. The restroom was across the street at a church! Small inconvenience. No water served after. The massages were good but average. The location made the difference. No need for spa music. The rolling waves and breeze were all we needed.

I took my wife for a spa treatment at an expensive resort, but we still felt we needed another massage. We found an ad for Third Heaven Spa which had a great deal for a couple and nearby our hotel at the Hyatt Regency. My masseuse was Richelle and she was simply amazing. She knew exactly what I needed and checked a few times just to make sure my massage is what I wanted. If you’re in the Kaanapali area and need a great massage at affordable prices, I highly recommend Third Heaven Spa. I believe they have another location in Kihei. My wife enjoyed her massage to so much that she called them the next day to come over to our hotel room to do another amazing massage. If you are new to massages, they are the right spa for you too. Their facility is clean, peaceful, relaxing and smells terrific!

My husband had never had a professional massage and was in a lot of pain from a stiff neck from the plane. (Of course I couldn’t let him get a massage in paradise without me.) The Kaanapali Beach Club concierge recommended Third Heaven where Wainani and Jofey worked their magic on us during a couple’s massage (discount for a double booking too). I’ve had lots of massages in my lifetime and the ladies made us comfortable immediately, the room was clean, the music was relaxing and the experience was pure bliss!

We stay at the Maui Kaanapali Villas every spring and the last two years I have booked a massage with Wainani Kealaha at the THIRD HEAVEN SPA located in the reception building of the Villas. Wainanai is AMAZING!!! Truly one of the best massages ever. I chose the 90 minute full session massage and was floating around for two days after. A must for my Hawaii vacation to decompress and get into the zone.

My Mom who had Jofey, Aunt who had Richelle and I who had Susan, all had an amazing experience! The massages were fantastic, the therapists knew the amount of pressure necessary for all of us to be able to relax. We all three agreed that these were the best massages we have ever had. The facial and hand treatment they did was nice but the massage was wonderful! I would recommend to anyone who wants to relax :-)

My husband and I have received massages for the past few years when we’ve traveled to Maui at Third Heaen Spa. I have always been extremely satisfied with the person I got, as was my husband. Last year he wasn’t thrilled with the massage, so when I booked this year I asked that we not have this person. When we showed up, she was there. I had her work on me in the hopes that his massage would be better and I could see for myself. Both of us were unhappy with the experience. Lisa, who did my massage, spent more time massaging my head than the rest of my body. Taylor, who did his, used light pressure (we requested and paid for deep tissue massages) and he didn’t benefit much from the massage. My hair was so matted down when I left that I couldn’t wait to go home and shower.

I came across this place in my Alamo car rental welcome to the islands guide. And it was incredible.
My mom and I had a tandem massage and facial, which I would definitely recommend. I loved the facial, there where no extractions involved which I prefer, because my skin is extremely sensitive. I also really hate people touching my face, but I had no problem with this facial whatsoever. The massage was fantastic, one of the best I’ve ever had. Neither my mother nor I know how to relax and we carry tension everywhere — the women even commented on it, like what is wrong with you two? — but we both walked out of there in a complete state of bliss.
Third Heaven is VERY SMALL, as in one room small. If you’re looking for the full resort spa experience, check out the hotel strip in Kaanapali. But if you just looking for a great treatment, Third Heaven is the place. You get great services at great price.
If I lived on the islands I would definitely frequent Third Heaven Spa all the time.

First and foremost what you should really know about a massage is that you PAY for what you get. This spa has low prices and good deals, so of course they’re not gonna blow your mind or leave you begging for more… which was my experience.
My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. We made an appointment for the 50 minute Lomi Lomi couples massage for $ 70 each. Every other spa was $ 150 each or more for couples massages so we gave it a try. I have had many massages in my life so I know what different pressures feel like, different techniques, the difference between a feel good massage and work out massage. This was more of a lather your entire body with oil and rub the heck out of you massage… which I guess is exactly the definition of a «Lomi Lomi» massage. They described it as a soothing, long stroke, calming massage.
My masseuse’s name was Jim, my boyfriend had Lisa. They played good music throughout the massage and good natural smells filled the air. The tables were comfortable and both our masseuse’s were very nice.
When comparing our massages after, they were almost identical. It was calming and soothing, but I definitely could have fallen asleep if I wasn’t trying to stay awake. It didn’t work out tension or stress. I liked the place, prices and people… but if your looking for an actual massage, go elsewhere.

Linda! This is the Must have person. This is prob one of the best massages I have had. If you are into the whole spa experience, then you may want to choose some where else. But if your body is sore from surfing, tension, whatever, then give yourself the gift of Linda and her incredibly strong and gifted hands .

Perhaps it was the masseuse. I had Rhonda who really knew her stuff. Clearly, she’s studied. She knew how to put some SERIOUS pressure on, but in just the right place where it mattered.
The environment was nice as well. Adequately dim, nice background music, warm enough.
And the price ($ 100 for an hour, including tip) seemed spot on for the quality body work Rhonda did. One of the better massages I’ve had (compared to New York, Washington, DC).

I had Michele, hubby had Lulu. We added on a scalp massage for $ 10 each, which is not worth it. Save your $ 10 here.
We both fell asleep. It was dark, which I like. Good music, which I like. Good pressure — but not great. I like heavy, deep pressure.
One thing Michele was not very good at in the first 15 minutes was her hands left my body a number of times… to put on more lotion, to rummage through this and that, etc. I like to be touched for the full hour.
I wouldn’t mind coming back here, but I would speak up and demand more pressure. And get a different masseuse.
Found a better masseuse at Spa Rejuva not far down the road.

I’d give them more stars, because the prices are low, but this was the worst massage ever! I could’ve rubbed myself more vigourously! Okay, okay, it was partially my fault – I got chatty with the «therapist» but really, she should have put her back into it. Save your time – try another spa if you want a good massage. If you are trying to save money, well, stop being cheap and go someplace worth the money!
